    Your companion does not err, nor does he go astray;

    Doesnt that conflict with He frowned and turned (his) back, Because there came to him the blind man. ?

      Peace be upon you,

      If the message is being sent down to the one who is "muhammadun", then "YOUR companion" cannot be talking about the one who is "muhammadun".

        Salaam Commando,

        There is a specific context in ayaat 531-19. It is speaking of the matter of the divine writ not being a wayward message spoken by the envoy. The person errs in one instance , but he does not in another . Also, just to mention it, I think rasool is better left as envoy since envoy qualifies better for the duties of the rasool then messenger (deliverer of a message/s).

        Take care.

        Joe

          Salaams commando,
          for information this a Sura talking about Moses ayat
          1-18 ,its embodeing all the meetings Moses presumably had with God all mighty.When and if you analyse slowly and think of all the events happening to Moses at the two meetings with God almighty you will most definatly recognise this.

          by the way this along with ayat 17.1 ,where most definatly twisted to creat the isra-the night journey but mindyou Br. you can never reveal this directly to a traditionalist - unless you want to fight them and become a punching bag.Thanks.

          Salaams.

            It simply means that he is not erring when he describes the overwhelming sight that he saw in 537-18.

              Peace

              Allah says prophets are men like all of us! So, they have all the shortcomings as we all do have.
