And I am glad that you have discovered the Light path and not the one that makes islam awkward and impractical. Search for peace through prayers and meditation and you will feel fine and able to act righteously outwards.
These simple practices make God's religion really easy and the hardest part is your own ego. The rules themselves are very simple.
