This ultimatum is called "Surat Keputusan Bersama" and one of point said "Ahmadiya will allowed to keep their activities as long as they don't label themself as Islam"
But Ahmadiya refused instead they keep practice their teaching and even dare to started recruiting the new followers.
If you follow hadith which is written not your brain, then you will now if their blood is halal.
