The 'nature of God'?
I would say the question is blasphemous.
It is impossible to philosophize about 'God', we can only philosophize about our concept of His relation to the creation.

Why would it be blasphemous wishing to ponder upon the origin or nature of God?
Some people might feel that God is something like the Force in Star Wars for example and why can they not express their feeling?
There are many reasons to talk about the nature of God without making it blasphemous. I suppose we can never grasp the origin of God though.
