    Salam everyone

This thread intent to ask members's experiences in here who hold Quran alone teaching but lives in a place, village, city or even country with traditional (Sunni-Shia) influence lies within.I label that place as restriction place.

    Parameter of Restriction Place

    1. Religious Area.

-This place adopting traditional Islam's teaching as their culture, law, and even constitutions.
-The muslim who live in here against that traditional Islam teaching will receive formal or informal punishment like lashes, stoning etc.
    -Mostly in Muslim majority country.

    1. Semi-Religious Area

-Traditional Islam influences still be used, but not as tight as the first parameter.
-This place often do asimilation between traditional Islam's teaching with another teaching and often labeled as bid'ah by some ulama.
Example-Islam Kejawen (mixing of Sunni teaching with Javanese's traditions)
-Create own parameter of believer and disbeliever.
Example Woman who not wear hijab, jilbab but still do salat, fasting still be labeled as believer and devout in her place.
    -No Islamic formal laws.
-No Traditional Islam punishment in here.
-The disbeliever or unfaithful muslims who lives in here still be labeled as kafir or ignorant in their society.

So if you're Quran Alone Muslim who feel live in that kind of places, so please take participation in this pool and also give the reasons for why choose that option and how it progress?

NOTE-You must already do the option.Example if you choose the second option then you must already try to spreading Quranist teaching in your daily life.So please this thread is not for words but no actions.
-Members who live in secular, pluralism, liberal area or live in the place which not included in that two parameters cannot take participate in this thread absolutely.

    Peace

        Salaam,

I am still 17 years old so openly speaking out my belief will cause harm to myself &

        I live in semi-religious area.

        My experience

I didn't remember about this but my mom told that when I was a toddler I used to use my left hand to write, draw, scribble eat........ anything! Then my parents educated and trained me to use my right hand to draw, write, eat etc and only use my left hand to (better don't write here).

When I was 6, I told my dad I wanted a dog then he told me NO '( . I asked why. He said dogs are dirty. I said that we can wash our hands. He still insisted that we can't keep dogs. At that time I still didn't have much idea about Islam.

Also, at the age of 6, I also learnt the salat ritual a.k.a robotic prayer yet didn't even know what to recite. I just lip-synched

A few years ago my cousin called me a kaffir for not wearing the head-cover. She said "my teacher said that females who don't wear head-covers are kaffirs? brickwall
You see how sectarians brainwash little kids. How dare you teacher!

Occasionally my parents will force me to go to mosque to listen to Sunni lecture.

Here, if you are not a Muslim, you are free to choose any religion. You are welcomed to embrace Islam. But when a Muslim leaving Islam, elektro

Anti-Shiism in my place is worsening.

Anyway I'm sorry because this is just what I can write in this post so far.

        Regards,
        Yuliana

Thanks Yuliana, my buddy for your contribution

Yeah I know some of your experiences from many of your post.I'm also already know if your mother know you if you follow Quran alone.

then anyother members who already pick an option, please share your reason too like Yuliana.
