    Greetings and Peace, all group

The main value is for ourselves, on Judgment Day and in this world.

However, if mass numbers were to come to the Deen rather than follow man-made religion...

The positive influences in this world would be massive, and far reaching. I can't even begin to list them all. Yes, it would be a better world.

Ideas have always been more powerful than physical things.

    ALLAH knows best.

So you say that a religious reformation is more important than a political or economical reformation. right?

        Greetings and Peace, all group

A religious reformation would encompass political and economic reformations; as such, it would be more important on these grounds alone. If a true religious reformation occurred, we could start a golden age.

Although I'm an optimist, I don't feel that a religious reformation is going to take place anytime soon.

6116 And if you obey most of those on the earth they will lead you away from the path of GOD; that is because they follow conjecture, and that is because they only guess.

2856 You cannot guide whom you love. But it is GOD who guides whom He wills; and He is fully aware of those who receive the guidance.

Even if there were the means to force a religious reformation, it would be unlawful per the Deen

2256 There is no compulsion in the system; the proper way has been clarified from the wrong way. Whoever rejects evil, and believes in GOD, indeed he has taken grasp of the strongest hold that will never break. GOD is Hearer, Knower.

4242 The error is upon those who oppress the people, and they aggress in the land without cause. For these will be a painful retribution.

We can, ISA, integrate the Deen into our lives and invite others to it. And for many

218 Deaf, dumb, and blind, they will not return.

Think of the ideas that have swept the world religion, capitalism, socialism, communism...these have probably had much more dramatic impact than say, electricity.

Technology wise, I feel that nanomachines will be the next big thing--for better and for worse.

        ALLAH knows best.

        peace

          Salaam,

The country would not be so degenerate if all people converted to God alone, and partially because God would start mass-bless this people, so it would actually prosper.

          God bless you

            Peace Ahmedrezk, all

As per my understanding of alquran, if people adhere to its ideas "only", then they would be peacemakers (muslimeen), they would be constructive (saleheen), they would be trustful (mo'mineen), and they would avoid any sort of confusion (shirk) and avoid following nonsensical ideas mindlessly.

When a community is following such standards, I think that it would ultimately flourish.

            Peace

                Peace Ahmedrezk, all.

We have a precedent, The people of" Younes". God tells us

                1098
Any community that believes will surely be rewarded for believing. For example, the people of Jonah when they believed, we relieved the humiliating retribution they had been suffering in this world, and we made them prosperous.

                Believing nations prosper.

                Peace to all.

What is the importance of Muslims converting to Quran-alone believes? Or what would be the benefits upon individuals and the society, if huge numbers of Muslims convert their believes from traditional Islam to Quran-alone Islam? particularly in the Middle East. will it be a better world?

                  Salam

No real significance and it is just another "religious label", a sectarianism. (refer here and here)

                  Ignominy shall be their portion
                  wheresoever they are found

                  a rope from Allah
                  and
                  a rope from men

                      Peace all.

                      Regarding

We have given you the seven pairs?, and the great Quran.

                      GOD IS ADDRESSING SOMEONE? WHO?

                      Continue

                      What does this mean?

THE "WARNER" IS THE ONE WHO IS BEING ADDRESSED?

And proclaim "I am the manifest warner."

                      WHY?BECAUSE

We will deal with the dividers.

They accept the Quran only partially.

                      1592
By your Lord, we will question them all,

we are falling in the same trap.Accepting parts of Qoran and rejecting parts? We are dividing ourselves and the word of God?

We are following " this" " that" and " the other"... any which way, anything that suits us"... compromising some, ignoring some,,,

Why does God bother to send messengers and words?

                      Peace to all.

Thank you guys for all the replies .. much appreciated ..
Most of you agreed that it will be to the benefit of individuals and the society (and i include myself in this group), except 'muslims' who said it will be just another label. OK, my other question is Relative to other reformations, Where does the religious reformation stand in comparison with economic, social or political reformation?

Say If I want to help my community and I decided to spend my time contributing in public activities, What should be my first priority according to the Quran? economic through working on projects, or social through helping the poor and homeless, or religious through educating people to Quran-alone, or political by say a joining or establishing a new political party that stands upon a Quranic based value system. I don't know, I need help regarding this matter ..

                          Salam

Firstly, it always starts with the Qur'an and ourselves (refer here and here), the roots. We will become "hypocrites and corruptors on earth" without strong roots and true understanding of our action and it relations to the Qur'an (refer here).

Say, He is the Able to send upon you
                          affliction from above you
                          or from beneath your feet
                          or to confuse you sects
and make you taste the violence of one another
Look how We diversify the signs that they might understand.
                          (665)

Secondly, the process of other reformations are automatic, and the scale or how far we are contributing to the society is irrelevant (refer here). Everything is about us and our understanding (reasoning and our ability to master what is "justly balanced" (Sunnatullah) - What does the Qur'an teach?). What is relevant for increasing the value of our action are (1) we understand the rule, (2) we are aware of our action and boundaries, and (3) sincerity.

Therefore, it is all about the awareness on our duty and purposes (refer here); ie. The Duty Awareness Program (refer to index). It is about the Sunnatullah and justly balanced; the highway, where life becomes drastically easier for achieving any goals, ie. by losing our self confidence (self), and only then, there will be 100% reliance upon Allah (vs. positivism, and an understanding of "fear" and "love&quot.

Allah has promised <- How far do we believe in this promise? (refer here and here)
those who have believed among you <- conditions
                          and done righteous deeds
that He will surely grant them succession upon the earth <- (1)
just as He granted it to those before them
and that He will surely establish for them <- (2)
their deen which He has preferred for them
and that He will surely substitute for them <- (3)
                          after their fear, security
they worship Me, not associating anything with Me <- (4)
But whoever disbelieves after that <- Reminder
then those are the defiantly disobedient
                          (2455)

Some thoughts and from the Duty Awareness Program, can each of us discover our life purpose?

The one that Allah want us to be and easy for us to be successful?

                          (refer here and here)

                          http//s16.postimg.org/cyvakuyx1/deen.png

It is the fulfillment of "Alhamdu" that will lead us to real success (believe and do righteous deeds).

except for those who believe and do righteous deeds - and few are they.
                          (<a href="http//quran.com/38/24">3824</a&gt

Say, "It is He who has produced you
                          and made for you
                          hearing
                          and vision
                          and hearts
                          little are you grateful."
                          (<a href="http//quran.com/67/23">6723</a&gt
(description not necessarily related to the Qur'an)

                          And when your Lord proclaimed
                          'If you are grateful
                          I will surely increase you
                          but if you deny
                          indeed, My punishment is severe.'
                          (<a href="http//quran.com/14/7">147</a&gt

Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people
until they change what is in themselves
                          (<a href="http//quran.com/13/11-106">1311</a&gt

                          Therefore...

The real and relevant issue is how far we are able to understand and mastering the concept of Sunnatullah?
                          (ie. the highway)

There are no fixed rules, and it can be the hardest things to achieve, or it can be the simplest things to achieve; which totally depends on the "Level of Shirk" within ourselves.

                          Peace.

A non traditional understanding of 1587 from QXP by Dr Shabbir

We have given you several examples from history that repeats itself, and We have given
you this Sublime Qur?an that defines the laws of the rise and fall of nations.

I must appreciate the work of Dr. Shabbir Ahmad for his toil that he put in to bring forth his understanding towards the verses of The Book in a more refined way for the people to delve into and get to know the true spirit of the teachings contained therein based on their own acumen.

As far as the verse 1587 is concerned, two of the great scholars viz. (i) Dr. Rashad Khalifa and (ii) Dr. Shabbir Ahmad tried to understand the verse distinctly. The former understood the term as 'Seven Pairs' the latter understood the very term as 'Several Examples from history that repeats itself ' based on their own acumen and study. Further, the former skipped the term altogether whereas the latter understood the term as ?from?(probably). Also, Monotheist Group in its translation has understood the term as ?Seven of the Pair?.

Conventionally, the term is a preposition construed as 'of' or 'from' depending upon the context.

                              http//www.islamawakened.com/quran/15/87/default.htm

At other place in The Book, the very same term used in the verse 7812, which have been unanimously understood as 'Seven'.

                              http//www.islamawakened.com/quran/78/12/default.htm

The term has been used at 3923 also, where both the doctors have understood the term as under

= points out both ways (to Heaven and Hell) (As per Dr. Rashad Khalifa)
= It marks out both ways (to success and failure) repeating its Messages in diverse forms. (As per Dr. Shabbir Ahmad)
= Dual (as per Monotheist Group).

                              http//www.islamawakened.com/quran/39/23/default.htm

With limited acumen I understand that unless we get to know what is , we will not able to understand what refers to. We know mean 'Seven'. But here the term used is . Whether it may be construed as only 'Seven' in nominative case or in Accusative case for having Fatah with (Alif in addition) or the plural (dual) of Seven. A cursory glance of The Book let us know the structure of The Book consisting of three distinct set(s) viz. (i) Fatiha (ii) Chapters starting with various peculiar initials i.e. 29 in number (iii) Chapters starting without peculiar initials i.e. 84 in number being 12x7 (multiples of 7).

Verse No. 7, Chapter 3 (37) gives information that The Book contains therein and .
