Isn't it by way of intelligence, experience from those succesful, the wise-from yourself or others? or is it still by way pooja ? -\

The verse says that a lot of nonsense is being uttered by people from right to left and those who are guided can see the truth through all the falsehood. These people will discard extra-religious rituals and prohibitions and only follow what God has laid out for them. In reality it means following the pretty simple instructions which God has given with the Message (Qur'an is a good help as a guidebook) and not the religion of extra-religious ahadith.
