Two different meanings of Nikah used in the Quran!

Assalamu alaikum.

The verse 243 is traditionally translated as per the below.

Let no man guilty of adultery or fornication marry and but a woman similarly guilty, or an Unbeliever nor let any but such a man or an Unbeliever marry such a woman to the Believers such a thing is forbidden.

However, G.A Parwez has given the following in his Exposition Of the Quran (Muhammed Asad has also given a similar interpretation)

Zina or illicit sexual intercourse is not an ordinary offence. If you analyze it carefully, the only woman who would agree to such sexual contact is one who does not consider her chastity to be a permanent value; or who becomes subservient to her passions (instead of the Divine Laws) and surrenders to every urge (4523). Similarly, the only man who agrees to having such sexual intercourse is one who surrenders to his passions and does not differentiate between human and animal life. (Thus Zina can only take place when both the man and woman are driven by similar desires ~ 2426. If even one of them wants to remain chaste, there is no possibility of such an act ever taking place. That is why the punishment for Zina is equal for both, the man and the woman. Such a relationship is forbidden for Momineen.)
Here the word (Nikah) means the sexual act, not marriage in the technical sense. The word (Nikah) has also been used in these meanings.

According to G.A Parwez, the constuction of the verse is clearly that of a statement of fact to the effect that an adulterer indulges in sexual relationship (not marriage) with only an adulteress and wise versa.

Dictionary Meaning of Nikah -

Evidence from Quran for use of word Nikah for ?sexual relation?-

The Quran has used the word Nikah for marriage as well as sexual relationship. Other than the word under discussion, here is another example for the word is used for sexual relationship.

AND women advanced in years, who no longer feel any sexual desire <la yarjoona nikaahan, incur no sin if they discard their garments, provided they do not aim at a showy display of charms. (2460)

The word Nikah used in the above verse cannot refer marriage due to the following reasons;

If we translate the word nikah as marriage here, instead of its another meaning sexual relation, it would mean that the permission to relax the dress code is given only to UNMARRIED elder women and THAT TOO women who do not have any intention or desire TO GET MARRIED. It would effectively mean that more than 95% of elder women (whatever be their age) cannot enjoy the exemption provided in the verse, only a handful of women can enjoy the benefit.
If the traditional meaning is taken into account it would effectively mean already married women (whatever be their age) can not enjoy the dress code relaxation provided in the Quran. It is illogical to understand that relaxation in dress code is applicable only to widows and women who remain unmarried (that too based on their desire to marry).

Therefore the proper meaning for the word, Nikah in this verse is not those who desire for marriage, but for those who have desire for sexual relationship. This will make the rule applicable to all women advanced in years whether they are married or unmarried (almost all women beyond a certain age comes under this category). And also, this logically explains why dress code relaxation is not given to those who have sexual desire.

In addition to the above, if the traditional meaning for 243 is taken into account it will create the following inconsistencies.

This will be an additional (lifetime) punishment given to adulterer and adulteress over and above the punishment of 100 lashes mentioned in the previous verse.
If the verse is understood in the sense of an injunction, the Quran does not accord marrying off adulterer to an unbeliever, however great a sin he or she may have committed, especially when the guilty has undergone the legally ordained punishment of hundred strips.
If the verse in the Quran is taken to mean as a statement of fact that an adulterer will marry only those similarly indulges in the offense (as understood by some), it cannot be a correct understanding because it is perfectly possible that a man may secretly indulge in adultery and get married to a chaste woman and wise versa.
There is an element of forgiveness clearly mentioned in chapter 2568-71, where Allah promises forgiveness to those involved in adultery, if there is true repentance as tested by a changed life in conduct. This being the fact, how come a life-time punishment prohibiting to get married (except with those similarly found guilty or mushriq) could be attracted?
In verses 423-24 the Quran gives a long list of people we are forbidden to marry. It is not mentioned in the verse any prohibition to marry someone found guilty of adultery. Moreover, if there had been such an additional punishment to get married to one who found guilty for adultery, in the verse that stipulate 100 lashes as punishment for adultery, it would have been mentioned a prophibition as such as an additional punishment similar to verse 244 in which an additional punishment is given not to accept the witness of the guilty ever, ?those who accuse a virtuous lady and fail to bring in four witnesses in support of their accusation, shall be flogged with eighty lashes and thereafter never again be accepted as a witness?.

and zina (decoration), of course, is what make pretty.

of course, who believe in the pagan practice of the hijab cannot understand this verse.
A woman has to take care of herself. It is a quranic prescription.

Afifa has two possible meanings

Second meaning fit better with the ayat. A litte makup is still recommanded.

nikah is marriage contract
3349 O you who believe, if you marry (nakahtom) the believing females, then divorce them before having intercourse with them, then there is no interim required of them. You shall compensate them, and let them go in an amicable manner.

It is logical for me. When a woman neglect herself and appearence of his "bachar" (human skin), she becomes dependant of her "tutor" and diminushes her ability to make another life if her "tutor" makes nouchouz on her (5-128 to 5-130).

No tutor than Allah.

External beauty goes with internal beauty.
External ugliness as proof of internal beauty exists in shaytan deen. Every thing is reversed there.
