tell them the messenger of ALLAH said to free him and let them read their quran and ask themselves under what authority they are holding him. -
I believe the prosecution might failed because Kassim Ahmad was charged under section 7 (b) and section 9 of the Shariah Criminal Offences (Federal Territories) Act 1997 and the offence was committed in Federal Territories of Putrajaya. . . However and if I'm not mistaken, the act shall only apply to Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur and Labuan, not for any offence committed in Federal Territories of Putrajaya. Therefore, it is out of jurisdiction. . .
(2) This Act shall apply only?
(a) to the Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur and Labuan; and
(b) to persons professing the religion of Islam.
