Adam made from black mud, aged mud or dried clay?

We know from genetic research that our common ancestor was African and black so why are translators trying to cover up this truth that God formed Adam from black mud? Scientific evidence confirms God's words in Quran. Why have some translators, including Edip Yuksel and Rashid Khalifa translated Chapter 15, verse 28 Arabic word "hama" as aged mud or dried altered clay, obscuring the scientific evidence that Adam was black. If Adam refers to the first humans rather than an individual, they were also black. Humans spread out from Africa to the rest of the world.

Peace,
Not sure, but if it was a new narration the term carbon-based might have been used. Makes more sense to contemporary people today. I suppose it has nothing to do with skin color.
God bless you
