As we all know that Muhammad received the Quran by progress so that he can practice what the verse are saying. I believe whatever he did before receiving the verse is not a sin to him and forgiven by Allah. This is equally true to anyone who convert into Islam.

    . . .

Now, let's assume Muhammad receive a complete Quran when he became a Prophet, a very beautiful Book perfectly compiles by Allah.

Could he immediately practice all the commands and prohibitions in the Quran, without leaving any single verse?

If not, is it a sin? Is he a Disbeliever?

Could Allah say to Muhammad, "You are not a Believer. I have given you the Book, and you should immediately practice without failed !".

    . . .

Now, if Muhammad is not a Disbeliever . .

Then what's the status of the Ummah when they have failed to practice many commands/prohibitions in the Quran ? (and so are we!)

Is it an unforgivable sins? They are the Disbelievers?

      Salaam muslims,

It's quite a serious question you are asking with very big implications. I would rather leave it to the God/Allah to solve it and decide who is or who is not a believer. please don't go the well trodden path of Jews, Christians and Muslims claiming who believer and who is disbeliever as a group. We will be judged for our actions on individual basis and only God knows what is in each human heart...

      Peace

nice questions, when I converted to islam I simply opened up the quran and said yep I'm muslim this are all lessons I try to keep within my moral code. it was like every value and reason for the value was printed in a text and I could do nothing but accept and follow.
don't you naturally think women should cover up, and that bullies should have their A's kicked? don't you naturally think anyone who doesn't believe in god or who fights against the good man of god is evil? ALLAH have mercy on the believers this day we are muslim because we refuse to be bad people and lose our morals we hold in honor. it even guides us back to those things we held dear before years of drugs and peer pressure. ALLAH be praise he who _________ his soul prospers he who corrupts it __________. O0

What I really want to say. . give mercy to our brothers the Sunni and Shia etc, and don't quickly judge them as the Disbelievers. . .

Then what's the status of the Ummah when they have failed to practice many commands/prohibitions in the Quran ? (and so are we!)

To understand the Quran is not an easy task , and even Muhammad will fail if given such choice and without guidance from Allah

Therefore . . it is normal for any of us to make mistakes and there is no need to fight

It is better for us to find ways to reconcile with all our brothers and sisters
or. . we can be right, but choose the path to be with those who create and promoting more division in the Ummah

And if two parties of believers battle with each other
          you shall reconcile them
but if one of them aggresses against the other
then you shall fight the one aggressing
until it complies with God?s command
          Once it complies
then you shall reconcile the two groups with justice
          and be equitable
for God loves those who are equitable

          The believers are brothers
          so reconcile between your brothers
and be aware of God, that you may receive mercy

O you who believe, let not a people ridicule other people
for they may be better than they
Nor shall any women ridicule other women
for they may be better than they
Nor shall you mock one another, or
          call each other names

Evil indeed is the reversion to wickedness after attaining faith
And anyone who does not repent
          then these are the transgressors

O you who believe, you shall avoid much suspicion, for some suspicion is sinful
And do not spy on one another, nor shall you backbite
Would any of you enjoy eating the flesh of his dead brother?
          You certainly would hate this
You shall observe God. God is Redeemer, Merciful

O mankind, We created you from a male and female
and We made you into nations and tribes
that you may know one another
Surely, the most honorable among you in the sight of God is the most righteous
          God is Knowledgeable, Expert

Yes, it can be very shocking and thus, I believe it is a step by step process to practice the Quran, and the chronological order of the Quran is very crucial to our understanding . . Allah will have mercy to the "reformers".

Indeed, Allah does not allow to be lost the reward
            of the doers of good

If they didn't commit any crimes, then let us not be God.

For that, you shall preach and be upright (living justly balanced)
                as you have been commanded
and do not follow their wishes (for sectarianism). And say

?I believe in all that God has sent down from Scripture, <- hablum minallah
and I was commanded to be with justice between you. <- hablum minannas
God is our Lord and your Lord. <- hablum minallah
We have our deeds and you have your deeds. <- hablum minallah
There is no argument between us and you. <- hablum minallah
God will gather us all together, and to Him is the ultimate destiny.? <- hablum minallah

I don't believe Muhammad was a Muslim and/or a member of the religion of Islam.
Nor he ever converted to Islam.
The religion of Islam did not exist during Muhammad's lifetime.

The evidence for that is really simple, the shahada..
Given the main requirement for conversion to become a member of the religion of Islam is the Shahada.
                  What would Muhammad's shahada be?
                  I testify that I AM God's messenger???

The religion of Islam was being invented by other people (or other group of people) after Muhammad's death.

Now, let's assume Muhammad receive a complete Quran when he became a Prophet, a very beautiful Book perfectly compiles by Allah

Let's assume that although let's also assume that the Quran that he had might be different than the Quran that we have today.

Could he immediately practice all the commands and prohibitions in the Quran, without leaving any single verse?

If it's truly God's recommendation to Muhammad then the answer is yes..
As it's pointless to issue a recommendation or prohibition which cannot be performed or executed.

                  For example
A Thou shall not destroy the Sun!
B But how can I destroy the sun?? I don't know how to do it?
A You're right, you cannot, you don't have that technology yet, my mistake..

If not, is it a sin? Is he a Disbeliever?

                  Already answered above..

Then what's the status of the Ummah when they have failed to practice many commands/prohibitions in the Quran ? (and so are we!)

Human make mistakes and everybody shall get what they deserve..
                  What goes around comes around..
                  That's the law..

The evidence for that is clearly described in the Quran and also history..

                  Salam / Peace

I believe many things are fake
However, human beings love that kind of thing
they like ritual and religion, traditional dressing and custom
                    It is their nature, a tradition . . . or maybe it's like partying! it's fun. .
so maybe it is okay, and maybe many of us can consider it as a pre-Islam
before they choose to really understand their Deen

Agree, but that's if the prophet with the name Muhammad was real.

To be honest, I'm still not sure about his real name. Still questioning...

                      Good reasoning.

Agree, if the prophet with the name Muhammad was real.

I think there was a prophet who introduced the Qur'an to his people, but his name... I'm still not sure if his name is Muhammad.

                      Peace.

                          Brother MoF,

from the above post and from what I read from your posts on your thread,

then looks like you believe that atheists are also (basically) believers but they're lacking faith.

                          Is that what you mean?

                          Peace.

                            Peace,

No, they are not ones with faith (believers), but only muslims/harmonizers if they act that way. Not even people who claim to have faith do not necessarily have faith. Faith is how much one thinks the supernatural energy of the universe exists and is in control of things. It determines how much they think everything is possible, noting is impossible. What do you think Jesus yells "do you not have any faith" for when all his followers think that their boat will sink and similar scenarios. And it is your current level of assimilation with God which determines faith. If you have faith in the system of The Master and the ultimate creator of the universe without the need to belong to a sect (Islam (yes it is a sect, islam is not a name of a faith!), Christianity and Judaism and so on) then you have the kind of faith that God asks for. In fact as long as you think that it is the energy of the universe that is in control of every outcome in the galaxies without knowing what it is then you are guided.

                            God bless you

That's what I know from the atheist.

They can appear so very kind and helpful in front of us, but actually, they might said bad words about God behind us.*

*source conclusion from personal experiences and observations

                                  Peace.

One think is what people claim to believe and another thing is what people do believe.

Atheists may say they do not believe in God, but what do they understand by God? Probably de image of a very irate old man with a beard. Psychollogically their "idea" of God is tainted by men's idealization of what goes in that WORD.

BUT why are we told about God's names? A selfproclaimed atheist who strives for justice in his or her life, in fact DOES believe in God by His name of al-3dl, and a pleasant, sincere, helpful person may be worshipping God in fact under the name al Latif... All people believe in some form or other. It is en the human heart, what is important is the conscience, al taqwa, ghe seriousness about our own attitudes and deeds.

We have burocratized the things of the heart and the conscience in order to classify people and put them in this or that slot. I feel that is of no help. We do not have to put people in slots. There is no need for it. But with each person we may have or may want to deal with, try to reach their true being. Not the "official" projection, even if the person states it. The person may be wrong in his own idea of him or herself because of the need to fit into the slots.

I do not resist to cite a hadith, which in this case I happen to agree with. It is very short, a pillsize-hadith religion is sincerity.

There is nothign if there is no sincerity. Nothing of value, nothing to be trusted. The person is not a proclamation but sincerity.

                                  Salaam

                                    Peace,

Yes that was from the gospel testimonies written by his followers. If is was really Jesus or not is irrelevant because it is something that a prophet or missionary could have uttered for sure.

If they mock God's revelations because of you then they are not harmonizers (muslims), but else they are just ignorant and knowing but very little or buying the pathetic portratation of the associaters (mushrik) which cause God's system to seem like something other than it is.

                                    God bless you

I wonder whether; deep inside, it is possible for any human beings to really deny that there is Creator . . .

Bold That's beyond my knowledge, to be honest...

What I know is that in the Qur'an, God seems very emphasizes on faith.

And I prefer to be honest that, yes, there are threats in the Qur'an loud enough for those who refuse to believe in Him.

                                        Peace.

                                          Peace Javalette,

You need to remember that the threats are aimed against those who actively oppose God and allies, by fighting against them killing or oppressing, and nor for merely lacking faith. It has been a misunderstanding for a thousand years perhaps.
