Chicken slaughter

I'm trying to search for information on how chickens are killed especially on a large scale? So far, I've seen something about slaughtering mechanically, but I'm not too sure.
Anyone know how it's done? ?

Not answering you but simple information - not all mine though.Thanks.strangling?. How does an animal die of strangling? Well, when its windpipe is blocked, the animal basically dies of suffocation. In that case, if we include ?suffocation? as implied here, we would not eat meat of the fish as they all die of suffocation..
In fact, eating animals killed by our ?animals of prey? is allowed within the Quran.

Say lawful unto you are (all) things good and pure and what ye have taught your trained hunting animals (to catch) in the manner directed to you by Allah eat what they catch for you, but pronounce the name of Allah over it and fear Allah; for Allah is swift in taking account.
Now, ask any hunter how does his dogs or eagles hunt for him. These animals of prey do not have a sleeping pill that they give the prey to numb it until their master comes and cuts its throat ? in fact they simply kill the prey. But Allah has allowed this as long as we take the name of Allah on it. It is simple common sense that not all animals are as tame as a cow or a goat. Animals like deer, rabbit, wild buffalo, etc run and you have to kill them if you are going to eat. Here is what the Quran says
O you who believe! Allah will certainly try you in respect of some game which your hands and your lances can reach, that Allah might know who fears Him in secret; but whoever exceeds the limit after this, he shall have a painful punishment. (594)
If you hit a running deer or a rabbit with a lance, can you guarantee that it is alive until you cut its throat?
while i was researching Khanzeer ,which i did discuss earlier.As said above I think when a dog catches game for us it doesn't mean it will be alive allways it might suffocate as well , but Allah has allowed eating that?
so why is strangling forbidden ?
Khoneqa = Desease ,of the throat which causes suffocation and death.(P818 LANES)- It says this desease attacks men and animals so could be passed from the animals?

Walmoquzato i believe is also a sick animal but with a perticular disease where it loses its hair and goes weak hardly able to make sounds.

I've heard, they just boil a big barrel with extremly hot water and put the chickens in it and they eventually become almost dead, then the guy plucks the feathers and all.

I was thinking for a quite long time now that birds(including chicken) and even fish and other see/river food doesnt belong to the category of 5/3 but only quadrupeds or even only domestic quadrupeds... but i am not sure..just some thoughts...what mz says about killing of the prey also seems logical and that was the understanding that i was upon from the very begginings of my reading the scripture...could it be that i was wrong?
