What do you think of taqdeer?

I already registered a week ago, I think. But I did not introduced myself. So, assume this is my introduction. I just want to say salaam to all. I'm still learning and came here to learn more. I came from non-English language country, so please forgive me any mistake.
So, recently I have question playing in my head
What do you think of taqdeer? Is Al Quran ever mention about this? Each of us have different beginning. Some people came from high class and some come from the lowest. Some are intelligent but some are stupid, some came from peace country but some came from corrupted country. Some are beautiful and some are ugly. Some need to work hard to achieve something but some are easy and etc. And of course, this will make all of us different.
Does this need to be changes or to be accepted? Is this fair? Even if there is free will, but it is still not that easy...environment, no choices.
Does the existence of taqdeer is something that we can deny?

What do think of mashe'at of the creator as mentioned in the story of Moses? Do you think taqdeer = mase'at?
In Al-Quran taqdeer of Allah is mentioned there is no mention of taqdeer of man as far as I can recall.
Taqdeer of Allah is his calculation and power for example as in 695He is the Cleaver of the Daybreak, and He hath appointed the night for stillness, and the sun and the moon for reckoning. That is the measuring of the Mighty, the Wise.
