    Peace, Salam,

here is a digitalised copy of Quran's fragment

    http//www.medievalhistories.com/sensational-fragment-early-quran-identified/

    http//idb.ub.uni-tuebingen.de/diglit/MaVI165/0001/scroll?sid=2c9be895968ce375811c857ab0faaed4

ps one good project for our brother in FM would be to check on these fragment or others known original Quran like the Gold Quran if we can find alternative understanding of some of the "strange" verses (I am thinking of the versee about lashes)!!!!

    Peace

        Salam
I can see the markings(Fattah,Damma and Khasra)in this parchment. If so it means these markings are there since the beginning unlike the commonly held opinion.Do others see what I see?

Can you date or confirm that it would be composed in conjunction with the revelation of Quran?

            Salam,

The vocals seemed to be added later, the color of the ink is different. The same for some erased verses.
The date is 40 years after Prophete's death according to what University say.

            regards,

The red mark on the letter seems to be fake. I personally will look another scripture.

Well, if there are additions made that are easily distinguishable you may sound the alarm bell that something is fishy with the diacritical marks you have in your standard version of Qur'an.

I believed the standard quran had diacritics on it, but the scripture above which is claimed to be the first quran seems to be fake.

Very well then, but I find that diacritical marks are "fake", or at least not original. They are placed there to "help" unfamiliar people to be able to pronounce and comprehend the words. If they are correct then fine, but the problem is that they may deceive you into thinking a particular way because they are added just by people who wanted to preserve and they are not faultless.
