One contradiction or a seeming contradiction thats holding me back

- Lo! your Lord is Allah Who created the heavens and the earth in six Days
419-12. Say (O Muhammad, unto the idolaters) Disbelieve ye verily in Him Who created the earth in two Days, and ascribe ye unto Him rivals? He (and none else) is the Lord of the Worlds.He placed therein firm hills rising above it, and blessed it and measured therein its sustenance in four Days, alike for (all) who ask;Then turned He to the heaven when it was smoke, and said unto it and unto the earth Come both of you, willingly or loth. They said We come, obedient.Then He ordained them seven heavens in two Days and inspired in each heaven its mandate; and We decked the nether heaven with lamps, and rendered it inviolable. That is the measuring of the Mighty, the Knower.

And Hitcham made me read what it actually says.
I hope all of you understand that I have to be certain that the Quran is true, before I start practicing, since there are wo many religions in this world.

When you are in doubt just check the arabic, if you can not read it just check the charachters, there are also transliterations available.Anyway

You see the difference in usage of the words? There is no ...+...+...

Contrary to popular opinion, vb. lq (ق doesn't mean "create" but apportion. To my knowledge, the qurnic vb. for create is br ().
Notice how the heaven already existed before it got apportioned, in 4111.
2 + 2 + 2 = 4 + 2 = 6 millennia

quranic language days are not only 24 hour day.. but also a period of unspecified time..the word have two meanings either a 24 hour day or a period of time unknown.
its due to a reason becoz if allah exactly told us 13.7 billion years or whatever .. its contradict becoz at that time people only can count like hundreds or thousands or may be one hundred thousand .. using the figure which havnt got name will make people confuse .. but at this age we can understand the period yoom thingie very well,,,

i think you are trying to say one day is equal to 1000 years, and you provide us a reference 22 47
well,you are replying him in a very strange mode if we consider this its mean the age of whole cosmos is not more than 6 thousand years,
and second thing is this there is no contradiction in these two ayats which he posted ..
6 = 4+2
lhs =rhs
both two verses have same time period but for understanding the calculation of day(yoom) we cant say by yoom God mean is 1000 years why not 50000 years its also written in quran. or billion years,, becoz yoom us unspecified time not even 24 hour 1000 50000 or billions years ,,may be i am understannding you wrong can you please deatiled it .
