My Intro

Continued...Sorry.
But I fear I may revert back to my old ways, idol worship, ...And all that nonsense mix up beliefs /attitude/rebellion.
I thank the Lord for Qoran, a mercy from Him to us arrogant and proud humans.
I hope the Lord keeps supporting you and all the believers.
If God supports you, none can defeat you. And if He abandons you, who else can support you? In God the believers shall trust.
GOD bless you brother.
Peace. What is the evil that attracts you?

Peace FreedomStands.
So far I am keeping hold of the rope.
Hoping of course I will never let go.
GOD willing ,so far evil/attractions are staying away.
I will do my best to stay this way while trusting in GOD and always seeking His help.
GOD bless you.

Yeah, I wondered because I've (by the Grace of Allah), not felt temptations for evil or understood this massive struggle some people seem to have where they are filled with evil desires and are restraining themselves. Evil stuff just seems totally stupid and bad to me in every way so I abhor it, and I've never understood how people are apparently in these huge conflicts battling evil in themselves. Of course, the way I do understand it is that Allah has filled those people with such desires and given them this experience, which I hope that Allah doesn't do to me.
I don't understand all the hype about alcohol, sex, drugs, crime, or any of it. Even candy. Alcohol stinks and tastes absolutely horrific and has bad effects that only a person with major deficiencies would want in the first place, I like being sharp minded and I have barely any inhibitions anyway, so what is the point? Sex (outside of marriage) is just opening up oneself to treacherous people and emotional struggles and pain, and doing that in any respect is just foolish (marriage isn't always that great either of course for many people, plus what its a few minutes of moving back and forth and this is some amazing thing?), drugs have all their crappy side effects when a person can achieve those states if necessary without any risks. People treat their bodies like they aren't living inside of them lol. Crime is glorified but its often rather dumb and things can be achieved more artfully than that, it just seems every sort of lack of intelligence is what is hyped to a thuggish world.
What else? Idolatry? Who loves mankind so much that they would call their God a man and worship images of humans? They certainly love Allah's handiwork more than me. I hate almost everything Allah has made, and that protects me from idolatry possibly haha.
Oh a big octopus? Lets worship it!
I did admire this one fat man in the pool who was like a real live sea creature with how much he was splashing and breathing, but I certainly wouldn't worship him, I'd just like him to be present in all pools to make one feel like they are somewhere in the ocean.
I find it so odd. People love humans so much, or they love females, they think oh that is a "Goddess". What? Do they know females? Do they know males? Who would worship those scumbags.
I wouldn't worship God either except that God has a gun pointed at my head. If God was any less than my Master keeping me hostage, why would I worship God if I was not dependent or in need of God.
"I worship like a dog at the shrine of your lies" is a portion of the lyrics of a song "Take me to Church" by Hozier.
Literally, would I have any loyalty if I were not dependent? No. Just like no one is loyal to me, I'd be the first to leave God if God were not my means of life.
That is the difference with idol worshipers maybe. They love "the life of this world", the material things, humans and human images, and are totally fine worshiping things idealistically based on nothing, simply because their forefathers did it, loyalty to traditions and parentage, loyalty to things which can neither help them nor harm them. The Qur'an brings up these points, even the Bible does (like in Romans, the writings attributed to Paul).
Would I worship God if God could neither help me nor harm me? Certainly not, and if I did worship such, it would not be God that I was worshiping, but something that can neither help nor harm (equal to everything else, which can neither help nor harm).
No, I worship very particularly Evil. Evil defined as "That which harms". If God couldn't touch me or effect me in any way, I would be mad to fear God, but it is God alone that I fear. That nightmare that we all live in.
People don't approve of this negative approach and wording, but it is deliberately to bring up certain points.
They worship what they love, they love food, they love women, they love big genitalia.
They flee from the thought of God because it makes them uncomfortable.
How much better a God who is their daddy who wouldn't do them any harm (this is mentioned in the Qur'an as existing even at that time).
They don't know God, they have no concept of God.
If I try to tell them about God as a "creator" they imagine an old man in the sky molding things with his wrinkled (or fettered haha) hands.
If I try to them about God as loving, all they can imagine are images, a doting father, a kindly Jesus.
No, but what image do they have for power? Probably something like the sun, so lets say something else, for these retarded freaks who can't stop imagining things.
THE POWER OF EVIL IS WHAT I WORSHIP, it has no image whatsoever, just like you can't see the pain you feel or the fear you might have of dying or a shark attack, though it might be seen on your face.
How it appears on my face is noor, that is light.
I worship and serve only that which can harm me, and there is only ONE that can harm me, and that power which commands all the harming agents and tools.
The Lord of Hell, the King of Terror, the Unceasing Fear, The Death and Destruction of All things, the Chaos of total Freedom Unbound, that God, that is not remembered by many though its "face" is everywhere in everything, even the kittens, because they die.
Ignorance, must be bliss, and so they remain in it, happily on their cellphones these days, utterly distracted by facebook or whatever.
They see War, but War is far away, and its bad, but its humans doing it, ugly brown humans these days so of no real concern.
They see Death, but Death is around them, and when it comes to meet them they won't know it anyway.
They see Violence, but its attributed to the people again.
Allah is fully exposed and revealed, in All Suffering do we see the fearful power, and people take it as a jest or a thing that just happens to the poor.
Never do they sit to think a moment, hey, what is the true cause of all this, beyond money, beyond greed, beyond humanity even. Diseases, Torment, Tragedy, what is all this? Should we fear the Terrorists, the Governments, the "Occultists"? Who do they work for? Should we fear Satan?
Ibrahim went through the right steps, he realized that all these things fade away, and there is only one power that controls his sickness and his health (its in the Qur'an, a prayer and the story of the setting sun and moon).
The only who helps us, and the one who harms us, the one to whom we are all hostages without any escape. Who can withhold the water from our mouths or our bodies from absorbing it, whose terrible power is irresistible and can not be stopped.
What God is it that they worship? There is no God but that Horror that Haunts the World.

Freedomstands,
The day you turn GOD into an image is the day you lose to sectarianism.

True, and its a battle that most seem to have lost from the beginning.

Wow, peace @Man of Faith
is my little intro a catalyst to your treatise on humans and their weakness towards earthly pursuits? that will make me your muse?
LOL!
My conceptualisation of worship of God does not coincide with yours, though shares some minute similarities...
God said the only reason He created Jinns or Inns is to worship Him, which means that on the other side, when everything will be revealed, we will understand why or how important His worship was on this side, and the implications of having refused it really means.
In the mean time, in this world of causality, which Allah keeps reminding us is as unreal and virtual as a mirage, we are given a few reminders of what causes and effects lead to with consequences to do with pain, discomfort, pleasure and ecstasy. If you haven't experienced any of those, you haven't really lived... and if you haven't repented from the ones Allah has disallowed you from, then you are in great danger, a warning oft repeated in the Quran to scare us into submission to the Most High, all glory and praise belonging only to Him.
Now get the heck out My Small Intro thread

Good to have you on this forum theNabster.
-
Such a warm welcome.
I sure know where I have my Rabb, and that One does not require any worship. But it is not like it is my treatise about earthly pursuits but that Rabb's.
Well, I will not bother you in here anymore.

Yeah I should have done that back in 2003,
but hey never too late to do anything so long it is doable and one is alive and capable,
and not yet decrepit and ravaged by dementia or ALZ like my poor mother ended at the ripe age of 91 though (

Peace first,
er, I thought I was the one to be welcomed here, not you, that should have been written in your intro piece, not mine >(

How old are you? You seem to have had a long life story!
-
it comes with getting involved with a lot of people, but you might end up scattered, bruised, or damaged...
anyways, my mental and physical healths paid the price, and I am 56.
Thank you! It is nice to see that you are all into the technology stuff! I'm not even that much into it yet!
-
Re. technology, in computing I am a slow adopter, I was still using Windows 3.1 and NT 3.5 while people were onto Windows 98 and NT 4...
it took me a long while to start using twitter as intensively as I now do, and Facebook was mainly a front for the Labour Party, of which I have been a member since 2005, though now, I allowed a lot of posters from Palestine and Yemen on it...
yes I have been there since 1982 mostly, after I got my first degree in Mathematics back in 1981...

Yeah, I don't really know how to utilize those two programs yet, but I think I'll have to know it for media promotional purposes!

If I remained in Industry and Academia, the best one network is like LinkedIn, I am a member, but I put in Retired Computer and IT expert, which is OK as I am self taught,
but really I am by formation a Mathematician who strayed a bit into Quantum Chemistry,
and took up computing as a hobby, even though I used programming in Molecular Physics,
and then learnt to teach it for Further Education Colleges, well with Mathematical Computing a bit too...

Salam Nabil theNabster
Peace theNabster.
When you mentioned that you are fine now and ready for GOD to take you back, I know that feeling very well brother.
Everyday I ask GOD to spare me from my "weaknesses" and take me back ,as the more time we are given ,the more likely we may mess up or revert back .
Everyday I pray to GOD to guide me to do better than yesterday, but I
I have got this same feelings just like bro GL....
May the blessing of ALLAH on us ALL pr
