If you get high enough, you'll realize that the earth isn't flat but a little curvy, so yeah it isn't flat.
Try it sometimes or in any high landmark where you live
I don't think we have buildings tall enough for us to see a noticeable curvature of the Earth from.
I always found the "watching a ship from the sea shore" example the simplest but most convincing one. I mean, even if you use the most powerful telescope to watch the ship, you still see the ship disappearing from the bottom-up!
It's also a disgrace that we have such lunatics here using the technology we have today to tell us about how the principles behind the mathematics and physics that went to build this technology is wrong and their uneducated and ill-informed guesses are correct. I know I'll come across rude for saying this but for the love of God! How can people be this dumb! Sounds like the only observation they did was to just look around and be like "looks kinda flat to me! Must be flat".

Yeah, right. I mean, when did we ever learn the truth from objective rational scientific inquiry, right? I mean, thousands of years worth of TESTABLE/VERIFIABLE knowledge in that field should just be just thrown away in the hope of God just telling you the answer.

I think the answer is NO because the mobility of humans is restricted (confined) inside the earth and the sky. The design of the earth and the sky is an irrefutable proof of the existence of the Creator.
But, as I told you, I'm not in the mood to discuss about flat earth right now.

Yeah! Let us not be shallow and invoke science here, the only method which consistently and reliable produces results. Let us be more deep and rely on introspection and meditation and prayers for answers to questions about physical nature of the universe. I'd really love to read all the papers on this topic that you have published and got peer reviewed by people studying the same field. Oh wait! You don't have any!

Yeah, exactly! Why would he even think that the theory of gravitation actually works. I mean, it's not like it has been tested millions of times already and it's not like the people studying in the field ever managed to validate the theory. It's not like we ever heard of a thing called "escape velocity". All of that is fiction. Every objectively verifiable study produced by all the greatest minds working in that field are all just fiction. What is truth is your privately held beliefs about the matter which you conveniently pulled out of thin air.

I have not come across anyone with an intellect like you. For real! Refuting that many branches of science at one go? That takes more than being genius.

As I said, I have not studied it in detail, hence slotting in the various possibilities. If you have knowledge that some of those possibilities are not possible, I would be grateful if you were to post such evidence.
If I had to decide what it meant, I'd go with either it referring to hurling/driving the earth with regard to its rotation/motion, or, expanding/spreading with regard to earth volume or habitable land mass.

That's a silly question. Magic happens as you reach the edge and it appears to you as though there is no end. You just come out the other opposite end of the plate. I know you will say now that then it sounds like exactly what to expect if it's a spheroid. But you are just wrong and stupid for not believing in magic.

Because you have poor vision. I know that you will now say that when someone uses telescope, it makes no difference. You still see the ship from bottom-up with the telescope, which can only happen if there is a curvature to the plane. Since this happens everywhere on the planet, you will say that then the entire thing must have a curvature. Based on it having no edges and having curvature, you will conclude that there is no way that this is not a spheroid of some sort. I know you'll make that mistake.
The answer to your problem is this we have optics figured out wrong. Every study on how light works is wrong because I said so. Therefore what you see is not what you get. All you have to do is to simply ignore how light behaves and also basic mathematics.
