- The speed of light
- The size of the sun
- Oceanography
- Geology
- While we are at it, all of earth science
- Everything we know about how nuclear fission works
- Everything we know about how gravitation works and what it would do to the multiple bodies
- Everything we know about how radiation works and what it would do to the multiple bodies
- Everything we know about optics
- Mathematics cannot be involved anywhere
- Oh and please ignore science altogether

That's a silly question. Magic happens as you reach the edge and it appears to you as though there is no end. You just come out the other opposite end of the plate. I know you will say now that then it sounds like exactly what to expect if it's a spheroid. But you are just wrong and stupid for not believing in magic.

Because you have poor vision. I know that you will now say that when someone uses telescope, it makes no difference. You still see the ship from bottom-up with the telescope, which can only happen if there is a curvature to the plane. Since this happens everywhere on the planet, you will say that then the entire thing must have a curvature. Based on it having no edges and having curvature, you will conclude that there is no way that this is not a spheroid of some sort. I know you'll make that mistake.
The answer to your problem is this we have optics figured out wrong. Every study on how light works is wrong because I said so. Therefore what you see is not what you get. All you have to do is to simply ignore how light behaves and also basic mathematics.

both flights reached,,, to the destination...

Not even that was an answer. You can't even add lenses(telescope) to correct for the deficiency of the eyes and see what his idea would predict you'd see. The guy didn't even get what we were talking about. He thought, AS PER HIS RESPONSE, that we are asking "why does the ship vanish". He totally missed out the part about vanishing FROM THE BOTTOM-UP part of it, which is what gives it away that there is a curvature.
Also that he talks about how we can't see the sun because it is out of our visual range. That is one of the most ignorant statements ever uttered on this forum. He probably believes that we shoot out beams out of our eyes to see. Or may be something similar. I have no idea how given what we know about the sun and it's size and radiation powers, why it's rays would fail to reach us after moving only that little distance! I mean........... REALLY?!?!?!
Don't know if it was here or somewhere else where I asked about this guy's credentials/background. Now I don't need the answer. I can tell that he doesn't even have the basic understanding of high school level physics and mathematics. The level of ignorance demonstrated by some people can be incredibly embarrassing.

Actually, it can be verified that the sinking ship effect is due to perspective, using just a camera!
