            Peace.

While i understand people are forgetfull, this is to the point of being neglectfull.

If people ask us for something, it is our duty, if we are believers, even simply as human beings, to at least give them some answer.

Especialy when it is literaly as simple as changing a few words in a template or two.

Things on this forum are being neglected, and many requests seemingly are being ignored.

It is my sincere hope to soon, if God has willed, get islamtogether.org up and running, and with a group of responsible believers who love to purify themselves, strive for their lord, and to do there duty to God supporting the site, and the community of it.

            Peace

I like "Unread posts." I feel that this title is clear enough.

              "Updated topics" is confusing though.

                Peace,

                yea well..

                on a desktop view

'Show unread posts since last visit.' goes to a page titled 'Recent Unread Topics'
'Show new replies to your posts.' goes to a page titled 'Updated Topics'

                on a mobile view

'Unread Posts' goes to a page titled 'Recent Unread Topics'

and finaly we see the light..
'Updated topics' goes to a page titled 'Updated topics'

what are they? posts? replys? topics? updated? unread? new?

what is wrong with, for example..

a link that says 'new topics' that goes to a page called 'new topics'.. on both mobile and desktop..

something that is simple, and not confusing and inconsistent.

confusing things like this frustrate me very much, why make it difficult, when it can be easy.. and it is surely quite easy to change.

The problem is this outdated website, and the software it uses, and design.

responsive web design. its a standard now. and should be used, its great both for developers and users, because you get the same content no matter what device, the layout just adapts to the screen size.

                      peace,

I never replied initially as I didn't understand what you were referring to, and it was a software issue thus not my field.

Now that you have made it somewhat clearer, I may agree that the titles could be improved, but I fail to see how it would confuse a user once they'd used the site a few times.

Are you implying that despite being a regular user of the site, when you click on those titles you have no idea what results will show on the page?

All information is correct to the best of my knowledge only and thus should not be taken as a fact. One should always seek knowledge and verify for themselves when possible: 17:36, 20:114, 35:28, 49:6, 58:11.
