You are in need of Knowledge of the Way (Sunnatullah) - the Knowledge of how Allah/Source answers requests and performs Judgements and Decrees. It is all with accordance to Supreme Justice, Supreme Truth, All-Encompassing, All-Embracing

A man has said, for one man the Highest Good might be to to make that man wealthy above all others. Yet for another man, the Highest Good might be to make him lose his job, face misery after misery after misery.

You will find your answer between these two places

Except for those who repent, correct themselves, hold fast to Allah , and are sincere in their religion for Allah , for those will be with the believers. And Allah is going to give the believers a great reward. (4146)
What would Allah do with your punishment if you are grateful and believe? And ever is Allah Appreciative and Knowing. (4147)

    And al-Balad

In the name of God, the Gracious, the Merciful.

    1. I swear by this land.

    2. And you are a resident of this land.

    3. And by a father and what he fathered.

    4. We created man in distress.

    5. Does he think that no one has power over him?

    6. He says, "I have used up so much money."

    7. Does he think that no one sees him?

    8. Did We not give him two eyes?

    9. And a tongue, and two lips?

    10. And We showed him the two ways?

    11. But he did not brave the ascent.

    12. And what will explain to you what the ascent is?

    13. The freeing of a slave.

    14. Or the feeding on a day of hunger.

    15. An orphan near of kin.

    16. Or a destitute in the dust.

    17. Then he becomes of those who believe, and advise one another to patience, and advise one another to kindness.

    18. These are the people of happiness.

    19. But as for those who defy Our revelations-these are the people of misery.

    20. Upon them is a padlocked Fire.

Think of a computer - if a virus enters the computer and the file has gone from 100% to 99% correct, can you run your spaceship on 99% truth? No! Thus is the Purification of the Nafs

One is only earning the Pleasure of our Lord when one is fulfilling the decrees of the Uphill Ascent. This means your entire focus and direction in Life is towards this path, towards Surrender (Islam) to Allah (The Supreme Identity - Al-Ilah, or The Light of the Heavens and Earth - 2435). Everything else is a form of kufr - shirk or munafiq, vanity, wasting time committiing evil and being unjust to oneself. Examine the whole of your Life and see what is in non-alignment with the principle of the Uphill Ascent, and that is the source of your issues.

We all learn this until we wake up and realise we can only choose between taghut/oppression and Deen/Surrender to Higher Love

In response to the bold text.

What is referenced is sacrifice (as we feel it). It is the shedding of imaginary but oh so strong chains. It is surrender to freedom. Surrender happens when we let go. We let go of pride, ego, fear, selfishness and all sorts of other mental viruses that are haunting and destroying us. It will hurt a little when shedding the bonds, but then it will feel so good. Surrender feels good, because it is good, in alignment with reality.

It is so simple, yet so hard. In itself, there is nothing simpler and easier, but our rebellious condition makes it very tough.

In my humble ignorance at least

neither salafi(shai) nor the quranist(JAQ) are correct and the true Islam resides somewhere in between the two

Waleikum salaam warahmatullah wabarakatahu brother Mushtaq,

InshaAllah you will eventually discover that true Islam is very far away from either of those.

                        Peace.

                        Brother Parvez Mushtaq,

Do you judge in any matter of your deen using any other book other than what is revelation? Because God told us to use only what is revelation from Him, and those who do not do so are 'kaffirs', 'zalimun and 'fasiqun'.

"Whoso does not judge by that which God has revealed, such are disbelievers (kafirun)"

                        545
"Those who do not judge by what God has sent down are wrongdoers (zalimun)"

                          Assalamualaikum Rahamatullahi Wabarakathahu

As I am nearing my 100th post here on FM ,I want to review what has happened here so far.

Firstly , so far none of quranaist (JAQ) has answered the three magical verses from the quran .
                          1.Verse 2.3
Who believe in the unseen, establish prayer, and spend out of what We have provided for them,

                          2.Verse 56.13 and 14
A company of the former peoples
And a few from those of later times.

                          1. Verse 2.113
And when it is said to them, "Believe as the people have believed," they say, "Should we believe as the foolish have believed?" Unquestionably, it is they who are the foolish, but they know not.

Secondly, they have fail to derive salah from the quran as well as they could not defend themselves against the traditional salah pattern which is being followed by our ancestors down the ages

finally , JAQ's could not make me clear the manipulation they made regrading Zakah
                          http//free-minds.org/forum/index.php?topic=12267.msg384761#msg384761

So this is the story so far

the final out come of the above arguments make me very clear that neither salafi(shai) nor the quranist(JAQ) are correct and the true Islam resides somewhere in between the two

What do you mean with "between"?

                          There are just 2 groups..

                          Group of God.

                          Group of Satan.

"Those who do not judge by what God has sent down are rebellious (fasiqun)"

TRUE "ISLAM" CAN ONLY BE FOUND IN THE WORD OF GOD.

But rituals not .Quran is a universal book .it accommodates all religions .it will never single out a single ritual
for example can you explain all the masjids of people of Adam

                                Verse 731
O children of Adam, take your adornment at every masjid, and eat and drink, but be not excessive. Indeed, He likes not those who commit excess.
