the Praise be to God, this is a great point,
and i actualy find it very difficult to focus on the words of the quran when most recitors recite like it is a vain thing.. and they distort the words completely..

its like hellllllllo thisisme trrrrrrrrrrrryinnnnnnnng toreciteliketheydooooooooooo

(its like hello this is me trying to recite like they do)

very hard to understand, i would love, if God has willed, to one day record a quran recital which is clear, and appropriately recited. and a good quality interpretation in english, though at this stage i only know parts of the quran, but maybe that is a starting point.

It seems satan is intent on putting roadblocks everywhere that could possibly lead to one understanding it, this is what i have noticed..

p.s i dont have youtube ability so i cant watch the video, but this is from my experience with it.

Is it forbidden to recite or to listen to recitations with a nice voice, or to listen or recite fast?

Recitations are also GOD s gift.
I enjoy listening to recitations and relaxing.
There is absolutely no harm, in fact it is a pleasure as far as I am concerned.
The emphasis of Qoran is on understanding as well.That point needs to be made also.
