Here's the new link to the video
https//youtu.be/rxalPmS0pJwThe Synopsis Mid 3rd Century
Roman society was in trouble, drought, famine, foreign raid / invasion.
A religious (we now calls it "Right Wing" emperor grab power, his name is Decius.
Decius claimed that all of the trouble was caused by grievous sins of Roman society.
The sins was because the Romans has forsaken their religion.
The Roman Gods thus gets angry and cause all of the above trouble to the society. The solution is for all Romans to repent and start honoring the religion and the gods.
Decius thus enforce strict measures to enforce Roman religion to all populace within his empire.
Among those are a minority named "Christians".
The Christians refused to honor Roman gods or perform Roman religion rituals as they think that those gods are actually "the evil ones" / "false gods".
Decius thus sees the christians as among the cause for the wrath of the gods to the empire.
Decius issues an order to persecute (torture / murder) the christians who refused to convert and/or pay honor to the gods.A Roman version of "Inquisition" (ironically) performed by Christians many centuries later...
Giving a political background for the story / legend of the Cave Dwellers...
@ jaffar
ur points are valid i watched a similar video ages ago about maximillion a powerful figure who go against the most powerful man of times and the. other people start following him.its a limit to everything also that limit apply to human nature although fear of death is there but at one point not that fear even work and thats the time when human being called rebellious according to society when he dnt care about death these brave people usually turns out as HEROS of present but villians( as per society) of past abraham is one example.
The Christians during Decius era is also among the example...
Dogmatism does relies on FEAR.
Without it the dogma will never succeed as it actually doesn't make sense at all.these cave stories and all other stories are all versions of telling kids wrong and right and to make them prepare for next stories
there are lot if heros and lot of villians everytime and we see heroes always have an upper side tbh they themsleves can afford it but they do it for yhe sake of people to make them understand the truth so thats y they called hero
even in forum we have some heros like jaffar jk bro
As narrated above, the hero (Christians) does turn to become villain once they grabbed power many centuries later..
Power tends to corrupt and absolute power will corrupt absolutely.
And absolute faith corrupts as absolutely as absolute power. And no I'm not a hero, but you or anybody else can if you dare to face the risk due to siding with your own conscience.

i find it interesting to have found a vers About dogs and it seems like Christians nowadays who stick to the scripture dont have dogs ,thats what i have noticed.
Isaiah 574 "Whom are you mocking? At whom do you sneer and stick out your tounge? Are you not a brood of rebels, the offspring of liars?"
if someone with credebility in this field can explain what the vers is About that would help cause i cant proof if the translation is right and it is not talking about dogs.
And i have the Impression that the whole middle east dont like dogs at all ,thats why i look instead to the west where a whole Nation its tribute goes to a dog.

@ si di
if you only read the bold part of my last post to you then u ll get to know what i was on about. my bad your new here i have to explain you what i mean by that post ...
about your BOLD part its a claim that building must be HERE ?
where did quran says building will stay there forever?second thing author strictly told people not to guess the amount of cave sleepers but u still insisting its seven without any evidence thats y i try to tell u in a funny way but my bad again..
i m sorry next time u ll not see me replying anything productive to u as i was thinking u r seeking knowledge. but mashAllah u r already very knowledgeable jk
good luck in ur research
God bless u -
which GREEN man ?
are u talking about INCREDEBLE hulk ? -
Narrated Ubai bin Ka?b The Prophet (SAW) said ?Once Musa (AS) stood up and addressed Bani Israel. He was asked ?Who is the most learned man amongst the people?? He said ?I am the most learned.? Allah admonished Musa as he did not attribute absolute knowledge to Him (Allah).?
that sounds contrary to other teachings of Muhammad pboh where he says to cover a lack of somebody.
On the other Hand that doesn?t Sound like a Musa who talked with god previously.
And thats the explnation for the Revelation of this Story in surat Kahf, please correct me if iam wrong .For me sounds a bit mockery.

Could it be that this Moses in the Story of Khaf is a younger Moses who had to flee from Egypt because of a deadly incident.
Imagine a former General of the mighty egyptian force came to know that he is Hebrew,he had a high status in society and now has nothing ,he is on his one and is looking for guidance .
So when he met this savage Moses was unexperiend when he damaged the boat because he had to cross the sea without a boat as he liked to as he reached the sea of acaba and to walk down the island.
And when it comes to boy scene, Moses had flashback of the deadly happening in Egypt
And the Wall scene shows his egyptian education for beeing loaned for work.
Seems to me that this is a younger Moses not married yet meeting a much older and wiser Man.
peace

Thats one of the serioust case of misinformation.
A triple or even quatro bigottery.
When u take the story as it told as true and convey it to others u tell something wrong about god which he doesnt say(khidr).
and If u take hadith to back it where no khidr is mentioned ,at least i am not aware about valid hadith(Bukhary..)
thi k about it

to be honest i m still stuck in that green man ? who is he u reffering ?

to be honest i m still stuck in that green man ? who is he u reffering ?
i said that character in fun i was thinking there is one more green character ?shrek? but i kno u r not talking about them.I know that u meant it in funny way so i answered in the same way but to be serious the Attribut "green" Man is given through the Name itself. For the Colour green refaring to khidr there are several opinions given.
But there must be something true that a dome is named after him.

aww thats cool lol so we are even now.no more kidding handshake
ok khidr you are talking bout.
i dunno if two prominent sects of islam sunni/shia reffered him GREEN.
but they have myths about the chracter ? khizar? thats how they pronounced it.but that name and that type of character is missing in Quran.
if u ll research more u ll see the khizar of sunni is different than the khizar of shia.the travellor with moses was khizar according to sunni guesses.
the imam mehdi of shia is infact khizar the promised messiah of shia people.
and according to one theory shia is 12th and final imam of shia who is present with us everytime. ( some shia say him imam mehdi).another theory about this chracter khizar.
some people claimed he drunk ab-e-hayat ( drink of life) thats y he cant b dead.
whoever drink that water will not get died. -
Yes ,there is no Name mentioned in the Quran and the aahadith ,they put Moses in a bad light thats in my view a conflict with the quran. And in other scriptures there is no teacher of moses mentioned.
to your last two parts seemed to me that the shia mixed other ahadith to get an immortal saviour which is against shari?allah
seemed to me that khidr is persian farytale to make the alexander Story more entertaining to the People.

In the sura 37 there is in several ayats a Prophet mentioned by Name and additional called ?bd min ?ibadina
like in sure 66.10
For those who are bent on denying the truth God has propounded a parable in Noah?s wife and Lot?s wife they were wedded to two of Our righteous servants, and each one betrayed her husband(Assad)It is very possible that Moses had no ministry in sura Kahf and was tought by a Prophet of his time .

Quote from www.quaro.com
"There is a controversy among exegetes of the Holy Qur'an with respect to the prophethood of Khidr (a).
Al-Fakhr al-Razi rejected six arguments presented by exegetes of the Holy Qur'an for the prophethood of Khidr.
Al-Shaykh al-Tusi cited Abu 'Ali al-Juba'i and Rummani (d. 384/994) as saying that Khidr (a) was a prophet, and attributed the rejection of this view to Ibn Akhshid (d. 326/937). But he himself made no comments on this issue.
According to al-Tha'labi, Khidr (a) is a prophet with a long life who is hidden from people.
And according to Baghawi, God gave knowledge of the interior to Khidr through inspiration, and most scholars believe that he is not a prophet."
