How can I get a Out of Body Experience?

Hello Brothers/Sisters and everyone.
I heard a lot about OBE`s. A lot of good things in general. I just want to know if anyone here had a first hand experience with this. And how it is like ? Is it like a dream? If you leave your body, how do you see? Do you have other types of eyes? Or you dont see at all ?
I heard people saying that it is not a dream, because they could have gone to a particular street and remember how a particular car looks like and which number plate it has. And after, go to the same street and see the same car and same number plate but in REAL life.
Are these stories true ? Or it is just fabrication?

I strongly recommend not to search for an OBE by suicidal methods. You can reach mild OBE by meditation and reaching a higher state of mind overall. It is not more fancy than that you sense it like if your mind floats over your head instead of inside it when you are out for a walk for example. The result of the a higher consciousness is greatly improved spatial perception and your mind feels superior. You will sense the difference yourself if you try.

It seems like sensitive people are more likely to have an OBE.
OBEs are not fabrications.
It might sound interesting to have an OBE, but what would the purpose be?Peace
Like I wrote in my previous post you can reach a condition of having a permanent OBE with spiritual development. It marks detachment from the bodily. But if you are not ready you will not get rid of a body permanently.

in the game of life body is what we suppose is our real self...
i mean in the period of our life of stay... we carry a load infact but we always get trick to think we are what we are...lol
we considered ourself a person having these type of hairs, eyes, color, finger prints, blood group, height , outlook and most important name etc etc ,
a tricky identity of body... what is for time being...
a real identity of a person should be like this, beleiver ,non beleiver, corrupt, transgressor, righteous, sinner, mistaker...server of humankind etc etc..
so OBE is not really important we did not require it yet becoz it will not give us anything purposeful untill we are in the game of life...with the load of body

If you could sense yourself nearly OBE at all times I suppose you would argue otherwise.
