I just googled it and in the Quran 2221 it says not to marry idol worshipper. So this depends on how you see people other than the Quran alone men.

All information is correct to the best of my knowledge only and thus should not be taken as a fact. One should always seek knowledge and verify for themselves when possible: 17:36, 20:114, 35:28, 49:6, 58:11.

I personally have no problem marrying anyone on any social identity...

But since you're a woman, you better pay more attention to the CHARACTER of the man...
Man's ego can turn any marriage into hell...

I think it is more important to look at the individual than the "sect". I have a Sunni friend, who was born and raised in K.S.A., and is more "liberal minded" than I am. He always chuckles at the fact that I am more of a hardliner than he is.

Be careful with labels. I actually found a definition of "Quranist" that said "rejects hadith". I thought this was a harsh generalization. I do not reject hadith, I am just quite skeptical of it. Then again, I really do not consider myself a Quranist any more than I do a Sunni. I am simply a Muslim. My point is - meet who you find interesting and see how compatible you are. Ya never know, you could meet a Quranist that is NOT in sync with your outlook on Islam OR you could find a Sunni/Shi'a/wtvr who feels EXACTLY the same way you do about it.

              Salam

Q221 And (do) not marry polytheistic women until they believe. And a bondwoman (who is) believing (is) better than a polytheistic woman even if she pleases you. And (do) not give in marriage (your women) (to) polytheistic men until they believe, and a bondman (who is) believing (is) better than a polytheistic man even if he pleases you. they invite to the Fire, and Allah invites to Paradise and forgiveness by His permission. And He makes clear His Verses for the people so that they may take heed.

Mushrik/poyteist=One who accepts Allah's hukm and 2nd another with Allah as his/her ilah (according to the Kitab Allah)

This day are made lawful for you the good things; and (the) food (of) those who were given the Book (is) lawful for you, and your food (is) lawful for them. And the chaste women from the believers and the chaste women from those who were given the Book before you, when you have given them their bridal due, being chaste not being lewd and not ones (who are) taking secret lovers. And whoever denies the faith - then surely (are) wasted his deeds and he, in the Hereafter, (will be) among the losers.

In my opinion the book is the Al-Quran
