Does Quran give us any knowledge about the location of where Noah and the people of Noah were?

Yes, it does, if we think and accept the knowledge we get. Nooh a.s. and his people were "qarn", the whole population ON the Earth.
Allah swt carried him ON something of elwahi and dusur, and He called it El-Fulk.
