I have stated that birds represent a certain spirituality (spiritual thought) in this reading(quran).
I found this cption interesting regarding the animals the escaped teh Tsunami

That caption stood out to me as well, possibly 'there are many reports of birds detecting disasters' because they have a birds eye view of the situation.
I shall look further into this but I do believe dragons have been used to represent the 'devil'. Perhaps the bird has a Mr.Hyde side as well?

You reminded me of something. Did you know that birds never fly over Al Ka3bah?
Do you have any articles on that? Assuming this is 100% true, what would be the reason? good or bad? Sign or warning(which is a sign too)?
