The Apathy, Confusion, Ethics and Need To Protect Nature Brought Me

After many years of seriously knowing that there were massive diplomatic issues supposedly preventing focus on the environment, I switched completely to working on solution.
To be comprehensive, the entire time I worked on defining problems, I was always looking out for solution. Sadly, I never found anything that was nearly adequate to deal with the immensity of the problems faced.
Surely, as America is a global leader (or was), it has a duty to the species to NOT be a leader in dysfunction and problems. That's an ethics matter that not many Americans worry about. The confusion that exists prevents any collective attention to actual solution. The confusion after years, breeds intense apathy.
I had always seen the Americas framing documents had qualities that should provide solution even under some of the worst conditions. After only a few excursions onto web forums I discovered that most Americans have a very narrow and fixed view of what is constitutional. This, to a point where the 9th amendment is discarded.
SORRY, at that point I gotta' take exception and say that denying and disparaging rights not listed IS un American. After a time I realized that there were what appeared to be covert groups hanging around forums simply for the purpose of gate keeping the literal interpretations of the constitutions intent.
The premise that media and the government educational system has been in place to mislead, misinform, disinform, deceive and manipulate is taken for granted in this effort I write about here. The idea is to find human beings that can use the natural law of the constitution as the constitution intends. All that is needed is uniform consistency with the written words of the constitution that define its intent, for Americans to define intent NOT listed.
Many do not realize the contributions that the Indigenous Americans made to the framing documents.
Ben Franklin knew the Six Nations Iroquois Confederacy and was amazed at the hundreds AND hundreds of methods of self governance they had not only tried, but REMEMBERED, and accounted to him their various benefits and pitfalls. It was their influence through him, as well as a number of other influential individuals who understood and respected the Native people that is responsible for a concept like "freedom of speech".
Personally, its quite clear that all rights have a PURPOSE, and that Americans are dismally ignorant of the PURPOSE of free speech. Obviously, if the firearm to of the 2nd amendment has a PURPOSE, then the speech of the 1st amendment also has a PURPOSE, and that because it is the 1st, the rights or methods serving that PURPOSE are more desirable to the intents of the constitution than the 2nd.
With that, I seek input.
