What do you think about "perfection" in human beings and universe. Is it the improper translation maybe?

If we are perfect, then why are we born with faults?

Quran 4064 or 643 talk about it.

is it not a perfection(ahsan) that billions of billions galaxies with trillions of trillions stars are spinning and not getting destroyed by emerging itself..

is it not perfect the salty thing is salty for every human being who are in billions..

is it not perfect that nature leave a signature in ur fingerprints and in your dna..

our life death body is perfectly calculated by God, and he perfectly transfer it from one destiny/location to another destiny/location..

So as a system we are perfect. In that sense that we and all obey laws that are made by god (physics and biology) and don't just randomly get smth or die?

What I mean is that the deformation of human body (for example) are part of the perfect system. Because it was intended to be created like that from the beginning?

Also, maybe it is a mistranslation? Not "perfect" but "complete".
