Thanks for the suggestions, I have amended the article with your second suggestion.
Regarding the first suggestion, the article is referring to all groups in the 'third person', including the Muslims. This is to give equal weight to all three groups, as they were all equally following prophets of God. However, I'll consider rewording it to avoid confusion.

In addition to what has already been said, it stood out to me about mentioning the Almighty before eating. The actual instruction is to remember the Almighty, not to mention/pronounce.
By the way, neither Christians nor Jews are prohibited alcohol. Indeed, in the Bible, Jesus (Peace upon all Prophets) turned water into wine.
