Can someone predict future?

It is possible to have dreams/visions of the future (such as Joseph, the king of Egypt, and the two prisoners with Joseph). Though from what I can tell, the dreams/visions are always encrypted (which is why only Joseph and people with knowledge such as his father could understand them).

Is it possible for someone to predict future accordin to Quran?
Peace, not sure about predicting although one can see one?s future e.g. Deja vu dreams (one of the signs) happens often like watching a video; my most recent was few months ago seeing kids playing on top of sphinx among other things like a green glass horse ? odd?
I thought nothing of it until vacation/excursion in Zadar, Croatia and Venice (Murano glass factory) weeks later.
