This is noghting but somebody's opinion. Nobody is obliged to follow. As to applicable by law it depends ont he laws of the country, not of scholar, and each country has its own. On the other hand and going to what really there is, if all that applied there would be very, very few "Muslims" left anywhere.

The dumbest thing ever is this concept brought by Shafi'i that there are two wa7is (revelations), quran and hadith/sunnah. Since the introduction of this bullshit, ''muslims'' interpret the verses in which god tells to follow what has been revealed as both quran and sunnah, hence why they feel the need to force inexistent words in between parenthesis. But they don't seem to realise that the second source of ''wa7i'' as they call it has a 250-300 years delay to it rotfl rotfl rotfl.

Identity, Peace and Misery
Such rules clearly show that the Islam that is being described is totally and completely about identity. This characteristic (being all about identity) is also what totally ruins it in the face of reality and truth.
In general, when we human beings engage in identity politics, identity hobbies, or any other kind of identity illusions, we end up inviting and establishing segmentation, discrimination, supremacy, separation and all such things that effectively destroy the peace on Earth between people.When we identify with things like religion, sects, ideologies, professions and any other characteristics like tribes, blood lineage, gender, sexual inclination or aptitudes, we are essentially doing what we are told not to do when it come to God, i.e. to associate anything with God. It is clear that even associating things with ourselves creates havoc in the world. By identifying with all these things that we essentially are not, we move away from reality, and into illusion and misery.
Intolerance, shame and excuses
Such rules, that evict you from the "fold of Islam" by the slightest act of thinking in a natural way, also clearly shows that this system has something to hide. There is something rotten and to avoid the shame of exposure, harsh and strict rules are needed to curb any kind of questioning and thinking.
When somebody or something cannot be discussed, questioned or criticized, we know that something is sore and something is kept hidden. Only healthy things can stand and tolerate an open, transparent and critical review.
Basically, when the instrument of Politically Correctness kicks in and shuts your thinking and talking down, then we know that we have something at hand that is not healthy and sound, and which therefore cannot tolerate examination. That which cannot be questioned and discussed is in someway diseased, and political correctness is used to hide the shame.

I had a copy of Ibn Taymiyyah's "Book of Monotheism" and it had this massive, massive list of things that make you non-Muslim. I think that's what started me on the path of "maybe all this extra stuff is nonsense?".

When I use the term Muslim I use it in the interpretation indicated by Allah in Quran- Rejecting the obligation of hijab (i.e. that which the scholars have come to a consensus on - cover everything but face and hands, loose clothing that doesn't show shape of the body)
I am 100% for loose clothing that doesn't show shape of the body. That is key to modesty. Wearing hijab is modesty, let us not pretend like hair does not hold a degree of sex appeal. Because it does. That is why nuns dress the same EXACT way as pious women in Islam do, yet there is no backlash against them. No mentions of the Church oppressing their right to practice the religion without being forced to cover themselves completely. Pious women do not want to expose their bodies, but rather want to remain modest and let others recognize them as modest. That is the whole point, to be recognized and not harassed by advances of impudent men. Loose fitted clothing might or might not always garner such a recognition. It is an iconic code of dressing which garners recognition, and respect.
- Rejecting any of the hudood (e.g. believing that the hand of a thief shouldn't be cut off, and that "modern" methods of punishing criminals are better than what Allah revealed.)
I am not sold on the interpretation which calls to amputating a thief's hand. However, whatever Allah has revealed as punishment i.e. public lashing for adulterers who have been proven guilty by four witnesses/evidences is absolutely fit and those who are believers do not reject Allah's commandments.

Forget about the Shari'ah we have witnessed in major Muslim countries. Think about the wholesome Sharia of Allah in Quran.
If one were to reject God's wholesome Law in Quran then certainly they are going astray- Denying that kuffaar are kuffaar e.g. believing that Qadianis/Alawis/extreme Shia are Muslim, or that Jews and Christians are not kuffaar.
This makes sense. I don't see how any truthful Muslim would believe the opposite about such individuals as Jews and Christians who plainly as a whole reject Islam and the Prophethood of Muhammad, or sects in general whether Sunni, Shia, even extreme progressives in Quranism who reject fasting, hajj, salat, zakat, who condone homosexuality etc...
So I mean yeah I don't think that this would make anyone who believes such things necessarily automatically a kuffar, but definitely on the wrong route.One who would BELIEVE that such people that deny Islam are not concealing the truth(kuffar), honestly do not know Quran, logic or common sense. That is literally what those individuals are doing concealing the truth to themselves. So for one to claim they are not, one would have to either be affine to them, their ideologies or have a deep lack of understanding.
Ruling by other than what Allah revealed e.g. allowing Riba banks to operate in a Muslim country and decreeing laws to that effect.

If one truly BELIEVEd this then, yes one would most definitely be immoral and astray from the right way
- Believing that Muslim women may marry non-Muslim men.
It's in the Quran! Good women are for good men and good men are for good women. It is not permissible for ANY whether male or female Muslim person to knowingly tie knots with a person who is not Muslim. Read Quran.
- Believing that Nabi Adam alayhi as-salaam is a product of evolution and all that it entails (i.e. that he had parents, that he had ancestors who were sub-human etc.)

Those who label themselves as strict Quranists call hadithers disbelievers and rejecters. Therefore why do they not condemn all type of hadith contradicting Quran?

Why would a true Muslim enlist in any army. These nations have done nothing but war against each other for the most greedy, immoral, evil reasons. To enlist in an army means you are set on and willing to die for that purpose. So if one is set on and willing to die for America to gain more oil, dollars, appropriate other countries wealth or simply cause corruption in the land, then they are clearly misguided.

The woman wears a covering dress in order to be helpful to abstaining men, not anything else and the covering dress is not a necessity but a courtesy to people around her, particularly men.
Trained men can take a woman with normal clothing who do not have a tent over them and who reveals the hair. Trained men have their thoughts were they should be and so an undressed woman is not provocative to their lust and if she is naked as to the "private parts" they turn the palm of the hand over their eyes or look down in the floor or anywhere else.
Less revealing clothing may help to avoid sexual assault, because undressed clothing seems intentionally inviting and so naturally the woman is more exposed too. The question is why she would want to walk around half naked anyway, if not to show off beauty. It is an instinct.
It is not about what is modest or something like it but about what is most emotionally detached, instinctively detached and the most logical attire befit a superior being. What is the use of highlighting the body, it would seem very lowly and primitive.

Sex appeal isn't limited to only few body parts. Voice, behavior and even writing style of a person can carry such appeal. Hence, people fall in love through online chats. There is nothing wrong in wearing hijab as long as they don't say it is an instruction from God. Hair isn't even mentioned in those verses. In middle east and in certain European countries, people need hijab due to weather condition. That's just completely fine. But in no way, it is right to use God's name to push it. I see it also as profiling men to be potential rapist. Hijabis do use that as another excuse. But nope, hijab is not a sign of modesty. Nor it has any bearing on the modesty of anyone's behavior. There were hijabis in my school who used this fabric for cheating purposes. There are also prostitutes who wear it to remain undetected during their "job" in hotels by those who may know them.
