Peace.Let me tell you that these mullahs mainly from salafism sound extremely convincing to a person who has no idea about what God told him to follow. This guy is probably giving this lecture to those who are within the stage 2 of Hislam and salafism.

I mean obviously the guy is wrong in his claims but you twisted his words.
He did not say if you're a woman and you study you are a shaytana.
You didn't need to twist his words to make a point.
In fact, he later claims that it is okay for a woman to study at an all-girl university.
It is obvious his concern is not education, but exposure to other men, males.
Anyway, it is quite dumb to attempt to prevent them to join coed facilities because even in their professions eventually there will be other males.
I understand the concern, but what is the fear here?

The fears is that the women will be unfaithful or behave in an undignified way away from their supervision.
I mean duly the concern is kind of realistic, for someone who is not exposed to western culture to all of a sudden be thrown in a university environment is a huge culture shock and I have seen it first hand in the past unfold gradually. Things that were shocking before become more and more acceptable. However, this does not mean that these girls are willing to throw away their dignity or Iman just because of exposure to what is deemed as "modernization". I will say though, that in fairness it is conceivably not a difficult task to woe a woman who does not have much self-confidence or esteem because she was barred her whole life and completely removed from experiencing herself as beautiful. This is in general, whether Muslim, Christian, Mormon, buddhist, if you have low self-esteem it is easier for someone to impress you with compliments and sway you with words.
However this gentleman is blowing the situation wayyyy out of proportion.
I think there should definitely be a middle ground between the two extremes. One being feminist/ free-spirited/ body exposing culture of the west and the other freedom restricting, woman barring, over-jealous traditionalist culture.
For one trust your women, trust that you have raised them right and that you have fulfilled your responsibility as "protector and maintainer" by raising their standards of morality and self-respect. Tell them their beautiful and precious and raise their self-esteem. So the first time they hear doesn't have to be from a stranger wearing an earring in a university.

That is true.There is nothing wrong with saying nice things to women or men and particularly children if we do so sicncerely. If they are not fake, it makes for a more pleasant living and gives confidence nd better disposition. More difficult for trouble makers to ensnare. Again, prticulrly with children we should be very creful to be sincere and praise their best traits, whether physical or mental or emotional. Children are usually very sensitive to injustice and very grateful when we trust them.

Family is not important, a man who is true to the teaching of commandments and Qur'an should not fall into emotions even if she commits adultery. It is best to watch your own actions rather than impose your biased ideas on others. Either this or do not start a family altogether, have gfs from time to time if you can't bear the urge. This is also common misconception among some Qur'an alone followers that a family is something sacred and should be kept by all means. Lol, there is no even description of marriage ritual, according to traditional interpretation of Qur'an marriage is merely a regular Western dating, you give her gifts for the pleasure she gives you that's it. And for those fake "patriarchs" a woman is something like his personal gold, should be kept away from the world and only be used to get pleasure, just like their PBUH's did.

Oh, Jafar is free all right. He has been free for years to repeat ad nauseam how stupid muslims are that worship a mere book which is like other books. He has been and is free to repeat that another decade or as many years as he can go on without being bored with the same rant over and over.
He is free and others are free to express their views on his views just like he himself exresses unhindered and undented his views on Muslims, believers, Qur'an and what not.Nobody is unfreeing Jafar so why would anybody want to unfree others?

I agree with HP_Tech.
I have no problem with humor, but I do have problem with Jafar unnecessarily taking out double meaning from users' posts as well as Quran verses and also repeating weird theories about Quran by using some concepts from old civilizations as if they never ever came across God and all they had was simply invention which then got exported to Quran and then declared it was a new book.
I have seen many like GL who want to clarify things, but when this comes Jafar runs away. We again see the same things being parroted by him after some months. So overall, all members here are "stupids" he likes to make fun of, not once realizing that these people have not thrown him out of this forum and that is something rare in other forums, whether political or religious.
He is getting the chance to get away because of the benevolence the people of this forum have. And guess what? Its been years and not 6 or 7 months! I wonder how a troll can overlook this for so long.

I find Jafar to have many reasonable arguments. I don't share much of his core beliefs, but it'd be absurd to call him Shaytaan. It seems your outburst is mostly about emotionality and an uncontrolled behavior I find unsound.
If Jafar finds something primitive or contradictory with Quran he ought to be free to express this without personal attacks.
