From a religious viewpoint. I don't have a problem with lard. I firmly understand the distinction between 'pig meat' specifically forbidden and pig fat.
But since all your options mention pork in direct or indirect contact with lard, I chose none of the above. My reason being that pork may contaminate anything it contact, given its high microbial content -

(Pork = pig meat, not fat)
And "none" would mean that if i took tongs to touch pork, then used the tongs to touch some paper and the paper was the wrap for or touched your food, you wouldnt eat it?
If someone ate pork and touched a door handle, you wouldnt eat with your hands unless washed if you touched the door handle?
