Reconciling GOD's mercy and power: Batman V Superman

How do you reconcile God's attribute of all-powerful and all-good?In Batman V Superman, Luthor makes the following statement.
Lex Luthor See, what we call God depends upon our tribe, Clark Jo, 'cause God is tribal. God takes sides. No man in the sky intervened when I was a boy to deliver me from Daddy's fist and abominations. I figured out way back if God is all-powerful, He cannot be all good. And if He is all good, then He cannot be all-powerful. And neither can you be.
In short, why do bad things happen to good people? Why will an all-good God let cause calamity to befall the innocent and if God did not cause this calamity, why will such a powerful being not prevent such a calamity?
To accurately answer this question, God's attribute of infinite power and all good have to be reconciled. How can this be accomplished?

we cannot reconcile God attributes as per human perception.. (human only reconcile if he FULLY know what attributes God have) he alone knows all secrets so this question is likely invalid..

what HUMAN see as calamity is a plan/law of God as it happened already so in real terms this life is mystery compare to next life so possibly we see sometimes very horrible picture of something happened to innocent but the plans of God he only know , same like the travellor events in moses story ..
a recent incident happened in pakistan in which a monster killed and raped a 7 years old girl.. (height of lowness = height of ZULM)

THIS WORLDLY LIFE IS NOTHING MORE THAN THE ENJOYMENT OF VANITY
3185 Every soul will taste death, and you will be recompensed your dues on the Day of Resurrection. Whoever is swayed (Zuh?ziha) from the Fire and entered into the Paradise, he has indeed won. This worldly life is nothing more than the enjoyment of vanity.
THEY SAY THERE IS ONLY THIS WORLDLY LIFE
629 And they had said ?There is only this worldly life, and we will not be resurrected (Bi-Mabuthina)!?
630 And if you could see them when they are standing at their Lord; He said ?IS THIS NOT THE TRUTH?? They said ?Yes, by our Lord,? He said ?Then taste the retribution for what you have rejected.?
631 Losers are those who have denied their meeting with God; until the Hour comes to them suddenly, then they say ?We deeply regret that which we have wasted in it,? and they will carry their burdens on their backs; miserable indeed is their burden.
632 And the worldly life is nothing more than play and distraction, and the abode of the Hereafter is far better for those who are righteous. Do you not comprehend?TEMPTED BY WORLDLY LIFE
670 Leave alone those who have taken their system (Deen) for play and distraction, and this worldly life has tempted them. And remind with it that a soul will suffer for what it has earned, it will not have besides God any supporter nor intercessor (Shafi?un); and even if it brings all justice, none will be accepted from it. These are the ones who have suffered with what they have earned; for them will be a boiling drink, and a painful retribution for what they had rejected.
THE WORLDLY LIFE DECEIVED THEM
6130 ?O assembly of Jinn and Ins, did not messengers come to you from among you and tell to you My revelations, and warn you of the meeting of this Day?? They said ?Yes, we bear witness upon ourselves;? and the worldly life deceived them, and they bore witness upon themselves that they were rejecters.
THEY WERE PREOCCUPIED WITH THIS WORLDLY LIFE
750 And the dwellers of the Fire called on the dwellers of the Paradise ?Give us some water, or what God has provided for you?? They said ?God has made it forbidden for the rejecters.?
751 The ones who took their system (Deen) for distraction and play, and were preoccupied with this worldly life. Today We forget them as they forgot their meeting on this Day, and they did not heed Our revelations.
752 And We have come to them with a Book which We have detailed (Fassalnahu) with knowledge; a guidance and a mercy to those who believe.BECOME CONTENT WITH THIS WORLDLY LIFE OVER THE HEREAFTER
938 O you who believe, what is wrong with you when you are told ?Mobilize in the cause of God,? you become heavy on the earth. Have you become content with this worldly life over the Hereafter? The enjoyment of this worldly life compared to the Hereafter is nothing.
WORLDLY LIFE OF HYPOCRITES
954 And what prevented what they would spend from being accepted from them except that they rejected God and His messenger, and they do not attend the following closely (Salat) except lazily, and they do not spend (Yunfiquna) except unwillingly.
955 So do not be impressed by their wealth or children; God only wishes to punish them with it in the worldly life, and so that their souls will be taken while they are rejecters.
956 And they swear by God that they are with you, while they are not with you; but they are a people who are indecisive.CONTENT WITH WORLDLY LIFE
107 As for those who do not wish to meet Us, and they are content with the worldly life, and they feel secure by it, and they are unaware of Our signs.
108 To these will be the destiny of the Fire for what they earned.EXAMPLE OF THE WORLDLY LIFE
1021 And if We let the people taste a mercy after some hardship had afflicted them, they take to scheming against Our revelations! Say ?God is faster in scheming;? Our messengers record what you scheme.
1022 He is the One who carries you on land and on the sea. And when you are on the ships and We drive them with a good wind which they rejoice with, a strong gust comes to them and the waves come to them from all sides, and they think that they are finished, they implore God with loyalty and devotion to His system ?If You save us from this, we will be of the thankful.?
1023 But when He saves them, they then traverse through the land with injustice. ?O people, what you seek out is only the luxury of this worldly life, then to Us is your return and We will inform you of all that you had done.?
1024 The example of the worldly life is like a water which has come down from the sky, so it mixed with the plants of the earth from what the people and the livestock eat. Then the earth takes its shape and becomes beautiful and its inhabitants think that they have mastered it; then Our judgment comes by night or by day, so We make it a wasteland as if it never prospered by the yesterday! It is such that We clarify the revelations for a people who think.
1025 God calls to the abode of peace, and He guides those whom He wishes to a straight path.FOR THE ALLIES OF GOD GLAD TIDINGS IN THE WORLDLY LIFE
1062 For the allies of God, there is no fear over them nor will they grieve.
1063 Those who have believed and are aware.
1064 For them are glad tidings in the worldly life and in the Hereafter. There is no changing the words (agreements) of God. Such is the great triumph.PHARAOH AND HIS COMMANDERS ADORNMENTS AND WEALTH IN THIS WORLDLY LIFE
1088 And Moses said ?Our Lord, you have given Pharaoh and his commanders adornments and wealth in this worldly life so that they will misguide from Your path. Our Lord, wipe out their wealth and bring grief to their hearts; for they will not believe until they see the painful retribution.?
PEOPLE OF JONAH ENJOYED THE WORLDLY LIFE
1098 If there was any town that benefited from its belief, then that was the people of Jonah. When they believed, We removed from them the retribution of disgrace in this worldly life, and We let them enjoy until a time.WHOEVER WANTS THE WORLDLY LIFE
1115 Whoever wants the worldly life and its adornments, then We will grant them their works in it, and they will not be short changed in it.
1116 These will have nothing but fire in the Hereafter, and what they have done will be in vain, and evil is what they have worked.HAPPY WITH THE WORLDLY LIFE THAN HEREAFTER
1326 God gives the provisions for whom He wishes, and He is Capable. And they were happy with the worldly life, but the worldly life compared to the Hereafter is nothing except a brief enjoyment.
THE ONES WHO HAVE PREFERRED THE WORLDLY LIFE OVER THE HEREAFTER
143 The ones who have preferred the worldly life over the Hereafter, and they repel from the path of God, and they seek to make it crooked. Those are the ones who are in misguidance.
GOD MAKES FIRM THOSE WHO BELIEVE WITH FIRM SAYINGS IN THE WORLDLY LIFE
1427 God makes firm those who believe with firm sayings in the worldly life, and in the Hereafter. And God misguides the wicked, and God does what He wishes.
THEY HAVE PREFERRED THE WORLDLY LIFE OVER THE HEREAFTER
16107 That is because they have preferred the worldly life over the Hereafter, and God does not guide the rejecting people.
16108 Those are the ones whom God has stamped on their hearts, and their hearing, and their sight, and these are the unaware ones.
16109 Without doubt, in the Hereafter they are the losers.LET NOT YOUR EYES OVERLOOK THEM THAT YOU SEEK THE BEAUTY OF THIS WORLDLY LIFE
1828 And have patience upon yourself regarding those who call on their Lord at dawn and dusk seeking His face, and let not your eyes overlook them that you seek the beauty of this worldly life. And do not obey he whom We have made his heart heedless of Our remembrance and he followed his desire, and his fate was lost.
THE EXAMPLE OF THIS WORLDLY LIFE
1845 And give them the example of this worldly life is like a water which We have sent down from the sky, so that the plants of the earth mix with it and it becomes murky being moved by the wind. And God has control (through standards and measure) over all things.
1846 Wealth and sons are a beauty of this worldly life. But the good deeds that remain behind are better with your Lord for a reward, and better for hope.THOSE WHOSE EFFORTS IN THE WORLDLY LIFE WERE WASTED WHILE THEY THOUGHT THEY WERE DOING GOOD
18103 Say ?Shall we inform you of the greatest losers??
18104 ?Those whose efforts in the worldly life were wasted while they thought they were doing good!?
18105 These are the ones who rejected the revelations of their Lord and His meeting. So their works were in vain, and We will not give them any value on the Day of Resurrection.
18106 That is their recompense, Hell; for what they rejected and for taking My revelations and My messengers for mockery!THE FLOWER OF THE WORLDLY LIFE
20131 And do not crave with your eyes (O Muhammad) what We have bestowed upon some couples from them; the flower of the worldly life; so as to test them in it; and the provision of your Lord is better and more lasting.
20132 And instruct your family to the following closely (Salat), and be patient for it. We do not ask you for provision, for We provide for you. And the ending will be for righteousness.LEADERS INDULGED IN THIS WORLDLY LIFE
2333 And the leaders from among his people who rejected and denied the meeting of the Hereafter; and We indulged them in this worldly life; said ?What is this but a human being like you? He eats from what you eat and he drinks from what you drink.?
2334 ?And if you obey a human being like you, then you will indeed be losers.?
2335 ?Does he promise you that if you die and become dust and bones that you will be brought out??
2336 ?Far fetched is what you are being promised.?
2337 ?There is nothing but our worldly life, we die and we live, and we will not be resurrected (Bi-Mab?uthina).?
2338 ?He is but a man who has invented a lie against God, and we will not believe in him.?
2339 He said ?My Lord, grant me victory for what they denied me.?
2340 He said ?In a little while they will be in regret.?
2341 So the scream took them with justice, and We made them as dead plants. So away with the wicked people.WORLDLY LIFE OF QAROON
2879 Then he came out among his people draped in his ornaments. Those who preferred this worldly life said ?Oh, if only we were given similar to what Qaroon has been given. Indeed, he is very fortunate.?
2880 And those who were blessed with knowledge said ?Woe to you! The reward from God is far better for those who believe and do good work. And none attains it except the steadfast.?
2881 We then caused the earth to swallow him and his mansion. He had no group that could protect him against God; nor would he be victorious.
2882 And those who wished they were in his place the day before said ?Indeed it is God Who provides or restricts for whoever He chooses from among His servants. Had it not been for the grace of God towards us, He could have caused the earth to swallow us as well. We now realize that the rejecters never succeed.?
2883 Such will be the abode of the Hereafter; We reserve it for those who do not seek prestige on the earth, nor corruption; and the ending will be for the righteous.
2884 Whoever brings forth a good deed, he will receive a better reward than it. And whoever brings forth a sin then the retribution for their sins will be to the extent of their deeds.YOU HAVE TAKEN IDOLS BESIDES GOD IN ORDER TO PRESERVE SOME FRIENDSHIP AMONG YOU IN THIS WORLDLY LIFE
2925 And he (Abraham) said ?You have taken idols besides God in order to preserve some friendship among you in this worldly life. But then, on the Day of Resurrection, you will reject one another, and curse one another. Your destiny is Hell, and you will have no victors.?
THIS WORLDLY LIFE IS NO MORE THAN DISTRACTION AND PLAY
2964 And this worldly life is no more than distraction and play, while the abode of the Hereafter is the reality, if only they knew.
REJECTERS PREFER WORLDLY LIFE
307 They only know the outside appearance of the worldly life; and regarding the Hereafter, they are ignorant.
308 Did they not reflect upon themselves? God did not create the heavens and the earth and what is between them except with truth and an appointed term. But most of the people are in denial regarding their meeting with their Lord.DECEIVED BY THIS WORLDLY LIFE
3133 O people, you shall reverence your Lord, and be concerned of a Day when a father cannot help his child, nor can a child help his father. Certainly, the promise of God is truth. Therefore, do not be deceived by this worldly life; and do not be deceived from God by arrogance.
PROPHET?S WIFE AND WORLDLY LIFE
3328 O prophet, say to your wives ?If you are seeking this worldly life and its vanities, then come, I will make a provision for you and release you in an amicable manner.?
3329 ?But if you are seeking God and His messenger, and the abode of the Hereafter, then God has prepared for the righteous among you a great reward.?OVERWHELMED BY THIS WORLDLY LIFE
355 O people, the promise of God is the truth; therefore, do not be overwhelmed by this worldly life, and do not let arrogance overwhelm you from God.
356 The devil is for you an enemy, so treat him as an enemy. He only invites his faction to be the dwellers of Hell.
357 Those who reject will have a painful retribution, and those who believe and do good works they will have a forgiveness and a great reward.THIS WORLDLY LIFE IS BUT AN ENJOYMENT
4038 And the one who believed said ?O my people, follow me, and I will guide you to the right path.?
4039 ?O my people, this worldly life is but an enjoyment, while the Hereafter is the permanent abode.?
4040 ?Whoever does a sin, will not be requited except for its equivalent, and whoever does good, whether male or female, and is a believer, then those will be admitted to the Paradise, where they will receive provision without reckoning.?
4041 ?And, O my people, why is it that I invite you to salvation, while you invite me to the Fire!?
4042 ?You invite me to reject God, and set up partners besides Him that I have no knowledge of, and I am inviting you to the Noble, the Forgiver.?
4043 ?There is no doubt that what you invite me to has no basis in this world, nor in the Hereafter. And our ultimate return will be to God, and that the transgressors will be the dwellers of the Fire.?
4044 ?You will come to remember what I am telling you, and I leave my affair in this matter to God; for God is the Seer of the servants.?VICTORY IN WORLDLY LIFE
4051 We will indeed grant victory to Our messengers and to those who believed in the worldly life, and on the Day when the witnesses will rise.
4052 A Day when excuses will be of no help to the transgressors, and they will be cursed, and they will have the worst abode.WE ARE YOUR ALLIES IN THIS WORLDLY LIFE
4130 Those who have said ?Our Lord is God,? then they did right, the angels will come down upon them ?You shall not fear, nor shall you grieve. Rejoice in the good news of the Paradise that you have been promised.?
4131 ?We are your allies in this worldly life and in the Hereafter. In it you will have anything your soul desires, and in it you will have anything you ask for.?
4132 ?A dwelling, from a Forgiver, Merciful.?
4133 And whose words are better than one who invites to God, and does good works, and says ?I am one of those who have submitted.?WHATEVER YOU ARE GIVEN IS SIMPLY AN ENJOYMENT OF THE WORLDLY LIFE
4236 So whatever you are given is simply an enjoyment of the worldly life, and what is with God is far better and more lasting for those who believe and put their trust in their Lord.
4237 And those who avoid major sins and immorality, and when they are angered, they forgive.
4238 And those who have responded to their Lord, and they establish the following closely (Salat), and their affairs are conducted by mutual consultation among themselves, and from Our provisions to them they give.
4239 And those who, when injustice befalls them, they seek justice.
4240 The recompense for a crime shall be its equivalence, but whoever forgives and makes right, then his reward is upon God. He does not like the wrongdoers.
4241 And for any who demand action after being wronged, those are not committing any error.
4242 The error is upon those who oppress the people, and they aggress in the land without cause. For these will be a painful retribution.
4243 And for he who is patient and forgives, then that is an indication of strength.
4244 And whoever God sends astray will not have any ally after Him. And you will see the transgressors, when they see the retribution, saying ?Is there any way we can go back??WE HAVE ASSIGNED THEIR SHARE IN THIS WORLDLY LIFE
4332 Is it they who assign the mercy of your Lord? We have assigned their share in this worldly life, and We raised some of them above others in ranks, so that they would take one another in service. The mercy from your Lord is far better than that which they amass.
4333 And were it not that all the people would become one nation, We would have provided for those who reject the Almighty silver roofs for their homes, and stairs upon which they could ascend.
4334 And for their homes, gates, and beds on which they could recline.
4335 And many ornaments. All these are the pleasures of this worldly life. And the Hereafter with your Lord is for the righteous.
4336 And whoever turns away from the remembrance of the Almighty, We appoint a devil to be his associate.
4337 And they (devils) avert them from the path, but they think they are guided!
4338 Until he comes to Us, he will say, ?Oh, I wish that between you and me was the distance of the two easts. What a miserable associate!?
4339 It would not benefit you this Day, for you have transgressed; you are partners in the retribution.ARGUMENT OF REJECTERS ABOUT THE WORLDLY LIFE
4524 And they said ?There is nothing except this worldly life; we die and we live and nothing destroys us except the passing of time!? And they have no knowledge about this; they only conjecture.
4525 And when Our clear revelations are recited to them, their only argument is to say ?Then bring back our forefathers, if you are truthful.?DECEIVED BY THE WORLDLY LIFE
4532 And when it was said ?Surely the promise of God is the truth, and there is no doubt about the coming of the Hour,? you said ?We do not know what the Hour is! We are full of conjecture about it; we are not certain.?
4533 And the evils of their works will become evident to them, and they will be surrounded by that which they used to mock.
4534 And it will be said to them ?Today We will forget you, just as you forgot the meeting of this Day. And your abode is the Fire, and you will have no helpers.?
4535 ?This is because you took the revelations of God in mockery, and you were deceived by the worldly life.? So from this Day, they will never exit therefrom, nor will they be excused.DISBELIEVERS WASTED THE GOOD THINGS GIVEN TO THEM DURING THEIR WORLDLY LIFE
4620 And on the Day when those who disbelieved will be displayed to the Fire ?You have wasted the good things given to you during your worldly life, and you took pleasure in it. Consequently, today you will be recompensed with a shameful retribution for your arrogance in the land without any right, and for what wickedness you were in.?
THE WORLDLY LIFE IS NO MORE THAN PLAY AND DISTRACTION
4736 The worldly life is no more than play and distraction. But if you believe and lead a righteous life, He will reward you, and He will not ask you for your wealth.
THEY ONLY DESIRES THIS WORLDLY LIFE
5327 Those who disbelieve in the Hereafter name the angels with feminine names.
5328 While they had no knowledge about this; they only followed conjecture. And conjecture is no substitute for the truth.
5329 So disregard he who turns away from Our reminder, and only desires this worldly life.
5330 This is the extent of their knowledge. Your Lord is fully aware of those who strayed away from His path, and He is fully aware of those who are guided.THE WORLDLY LIFE IS NO MORE THAN PLAY AND DISTRACTION AND ADORNMENTS, AND BOASTING AMONG YOU, AND TO INCREASE IN WEALTH AND CHILDREN
5720 Know that the worldly life is no more than play and distraction and adornments, and boasting among you, and to increase in wealth and children. It is like plants that are supplied by an abundant rain, which appear pleasing to the rejecters. But then they dry-up and turn yellow, and become useless hay. And in the Hereafter there is severe retribution, and forgiveness from God and acceptance. This worldly life is no more than a deceiving enjoyment.
5721 You shall race towards forgiveness from your Lord, and a Paradise whose width is as the width of the heaven and the earth, prepared for those who believed in God and His messengers. Such is the grace of God that He bestows upon whoever He . God is the Possessor of Infinite Grace.
PREOCCUPIED WITH THE WORLDLY LIFE
7935 The Day when man remembers all that he strove for.
7936 And Hell will be made apparent for all who can see.
7937 As for he who transgressed.
7938 And was preoccupied with the worldly life.
7939 Then Hell will be the abode.YOU DESIRE THE WORLDLY LIFE
8714 Whoever purifies will succeed.
8715 And remembers the name of his Lord, then remain attached/followed closely (SALLA).
8716 Rather, you desire the worldly life.
8717 But the Hereafter is better and more lasting.
8718 This has been revealed in the previous scripts.
8719 The scripts of Abraham and Moses.
