The Crusade Against the Taliy'ah Al-Mahdi Continues!

As-Salaamu `Alaykum, wa-Rahmat'ullahi, wa-Barakatu
Over the years many individual members of the Taliy'ah have experienced routine harassment from Federal and local Law Enforcement, despite the fact that no evidence of our committing any crime nor partaking in any illegal activity whatsoever. From harassment and continuous monitoring back in the late 80's and early 90's to the various arrests of the mid-90's to the warrantless searches and traffic stops when no traffic law had been broken, resulting in backup from several Sheriffs, the harassment was seemingly unending.
However, in recent months this harassment that we had more or less "learned to live with" has been escalated on the behalf of the Federal and local Law Enforcement agencies, with no "escalation" on our behalf in terms of any illegal activity. We continue to operate in a completely legal manner. We continue to merely encourage lawful training for the prophesied Revolution of the Mahdi, which our A'immah (as) have told us is Wajib upon us "even if only by gathering arrows," that is, even if we are unable to do anything besides stockpiling ammunition, then that is what we are obligated to do as Shi'a Muslimeen. We have never at any time said that our War is against any particular nation, and of course, since none of us are claiming to be the Imam al-Mahdi (as), how COULD we claim who the War is against, when HE is our Commander, the ONLY 'Amir al-Mu'mineen of this Age, this Zaman.
No, we do not claim to be the ones who specify the targets. We do not say "Jihad has been waged against this nation or that." Instead we say that Jihad has been declared long ago by the Ma'soomeen (as) against the SYSTEM of the Dajjal, against the Kufr. We have made this perfectly clear in both literature and in music put out by members of our Jamaat. We have never said that "all Americans must die" nor have we said "All police must die" or "violence must be used against Americans or Law Enforcement in general." We have stressed repeatedly that our opposition is against those CORRUPT members of ANY government or division of Law Enforcement. Whether this is in the United States or any other country is of no difference to us. We have condemned ACTIONS of corruption and oppression. We have not said that specific individuals should be targeted. Rather we have said that those who break the laws of the land by oppressing the innocent or those who break international law by oppressing the innocent should be resisted and "Struggled" against.
If we say that "If a corrupt police officer pulls a woman over and tries to rape her then she should resist and force him to stop raping her by any means necessary," then we are not describing nor advocating illegal actions on the woman's behalf. Rather, we are speaking of something that is 100% in ACCORDANCE with the laws of the land of ANY civilized nation AND international law. Individuals, whether they have a position in any nation's government or Law Enforcement have no legal or moral right to violate the basic, God-given, inherent rights of individuals to not be oppressed, in the form of illegal, baseless arrest, imprisonment, rape, violence and murder. Resistance to illegal actions, and avocation of resistance to illegal actions is neither illegal nor immoral. Prior to the Qiyam, the Rise of the Imam al-Mahdi (as), we are FORBIDDEN as Shi'a from rising up on our own, to start an aggressive Uprising to over take any nation unless that nation is systematically directly oppressing us, and impairing our ability to live and practice our Din, our religious "Way" of life.
When we advocate Resistance, we advocate it for those who lived under the illegal torture chambers of Saddam; for those who lived under the Taliban of the Dajjal, who were victims on nearly every level; those who are innocent people killed by ANY regime, or oppressed by any ROGUE elements of Law Enforcement in ANY nation. This is not an illegal statement. This is not an immoral statement. This is not a "terrorist" statement. This is not an advocating of murdering innocent people. This is simply a statement, and affirmation of the basic human right to resist oppression. Because of this and this alone, we have been targeted by the U.S. Government on both the State and Federal level.
Since the past "election" we have seen harassment taken to an outrageous and illegal level in some cases. The first major incident began with brother Abu Jamaal, the author of many of the Jamaat's articles and the recent book "Biogenesis" (in the process of being published as this is being written), being pursued by unmarked cars. This eventually ended with him pursuing one of the vehicles which was chasing him and his family at high speeds through residential areas (up to 85 miles per hour at one point), cornering and confronting the driver who was a well dressed, wealthy Jew, driving an unmarked Saab 900 SE. The man had a partner in the vehicle with him, and when focus was shifted to that person, the man tried to open the side door to brother Abu Jamaal's vehicle where his son was sitting. Abu Jamaal sped off and observed this vehicle parked at a vantage point from his residence for upwards of 3 hours. Shortly after this was the now somewhat well publicized incident of military helicopters following the same brother on two separate occasions while he was out shopping with his wife and children.
In addition to this, the same individual was accused of fleeing the scene of an accident when there was no accident and he had not even driven on the Highway he was accused of being involved in an accident on on the day and time he was accused of this. His vehicle was intact and was unmarked by any signs of accident. He was told that a warrant was being issued for his arrest because of this. However, once the Police were contacted for specifics it turned out that the report stated that not only was there no accident, he was accused of ice flying up from the road and hitting another vehicle (the accuser the Police refuse to identify). Other members of Law Enforcement and Insurance have been contacted saying that this does not in any way fit the criteria for an "accident" and no insurance company would treat this as anything but a road hazard. Of course, only a year before this same individual had been pulled over by three Sheriff cruisers in his own apartment complex for "running a stop sign" in his own complex. He eventually took the officers to court and won. This sort of harassment is illegal and immoral, and is clearly an attempt to suppress the First Amendment, Constitutional rights of speaking out and holding a dissenting opinion.
In addition to this were the now infamous events of harassment towards brother 'Amir Sulaiman, which can be read at http//www.AmirSulaiman.com. Just shortly after this, brother Abu Jamaal also found himself on the FBI's "No-Fly" list, with his family being harassed for no reason other than having spoken out against oppression and advocating resistance to illegal oppression. NOTHING that brother Abu Jamaal has said is illegal, and if it were he would be arrested and charged with a crime. Instead, he found himself in an airport with his children being forced to remove their shoes so that they could be x-rayed even though his pre-school aged son's shoes did not set off any metal detector.
Just last week, a brother from the U.K. Chapter of the Taliy'ah was denied entry into the United States. He was arrested and held in the airport jail during the weekend, after having all of his belongings x-rayed, being questioned about the Taliy'ah and brother Abu Jamaal. He was then sent back to the U.K., literally robbed of his civil rights as a law abiding human being, and also robbed of the cost of his plane ticket.

I feel sad for you, my dear brother.
I feel sad since you seem to be an honest and brave human being, but brainwashed by some story tellers.
I wish you could match your honesty and bravery with intelligence and start studying the Quran and dedicating your religion to God alone.
Then, instead of "collecting arrows" for the 12th emam who is supposedly hiding in a cave for 14 centuries to rise and save you from the oppressive and corrupt regime, and from your miserable life, go collect some verses of the Quran that warn you not to accept any human being as infallible (maasum) and you should know that human-worship is the biggest ignorance and the cause of many disasters, including your arrows, your struggle and the crasade of the sherriff against you.
