You defeat yourself. Again Tur is a common name, Tur there are all over the world. The proper name is sainaa' in one place siniin in another.
The text is not speaking about a town or a city but about a mount.
But you want to have it your way, good luck to you.
Dear perhaps you forgot that in possessive phrases the first noun is always indefinite because it derives its definiteness from the second noun. If second noun is proper noun then the first noun is also definite - At-Tur.
You will not find in the whole of globe At-Tur except in peninsula of Sinai. Try searching Goggle map.

Of ocurse it is definite but not bevause it is the proper noun of a town or city but because the primer name after it makes definite. Mount Washington, mount is deinite, ut it is a common name, the name of the mount is Washington and the fact that there is a name of a ton somethere int he world hich has mount in its name does not make it the mount.
