I was reading my Quora feed, and I came across this question

After reading a few atheists' answers, I came across the following astonishing answer (I suggest you carefully read it to the end)

Just to highlight the consistent and the distorted religion teachings
Prophets did not teach that God has preserved the holy book; they have advised that there will be changes and have warned of such additions and deletions.
Amos 811-12 teach that People will be thirsty for the true word of God but they will not find it anywhere
Psalm 565 teaches All day long they twist my words
Jeremiah 88 teaches the lying pen of the scribes has distorted the word of God
Jeremiah 530-31teach that the priests have distorted the religion teachings and that the people love those distorted teachings
Jewish scholars teach that Jews are the chosen people of God
Christian Scholars teach that they are the predestined, the glorified, and the chosen before the creation of the world
Muslim Scholars teach that Jews are cursed, Christians are misguided, and that Muslims are the truly guided people
All those scholars are mistaken
Most of what the Jewish scholars teach are not the true teachings as taught by Moses
Most of what the Christian scholars teach are not the true teachings as taught by Jesus
Most of what the Muslim scholars teach are not the true teachings of Islam
People are confused by the contradicting teachings, they try to search the internet for the true word of God, but they cannot find it anywhere
Instead of the consistent and logical teachings like
?Do not have two differing measures?, ?The same law applies both to the native-born and to the foreigner?, ?The foreigner must be treated as your native-born?, ?You are to have the same law for the foreigner and the native-born?
in Deuteronomy 2513-16, Exodus 1249, Leviticus 1933-35
, Leviticus 2422, Numbers 1515-16, Deuteronomy 2414-15
The biased scribes have ignored those true teachings and inserted some additions to restrict justice to the ?fellow Israelite?, ?my people among you?, or ?Hebrew men or women?
They do not teach the original teachings anymore; instead, they teach the manipulated teachings like
You may charge a foreigner interest, but not a fellow Israelite
In Deuteronomy 2319-20, Exodus 2225, Deuteronomy 151-2, Deuteronomy 1512
Instead of the true teaching ?You shall not murder ?In Exodus 2013 and Deuteronomy 517
The scribes who glorify defeating their enemies ignored the true teaching and added some verses to justify the killing like Exodus 2323, Numbers 3116-18, Joshua 620-21, Judges 1514-16 and Judges 1630
Instead of the true and most consistent teachings of ?blessings for obedience and curses for disobedience? in Leviticus 26, Deuteronomy 28, Deuteronomy 1126-28, Deuteronomy 440, Deuteronomy 624-25, Deuteronomy712-15, and Deuteronomy 8, they teach that God has chosen them regardless of their obedience as in the distorted teachings of Deuteronomy 95-6 and Deuteronomy 76-8
Instead of the true and harsh teachings of Jesus in Matthew 721-27, Luke 1325-27, Matthew 2235-40, Luke 1025-28, Matthew 2535-45, Mark 1228-34, Mark 1017-19, Matthew 1916-19, Luke 1818-20, Luke 646-48, John 1415 and John 1421 most Christian scholars teach the distorted and attractive teachings like Romans 830, 1 Thessalonians 59, Ephesians 25, Ephesians 28-9, Romans 328, Galatians 216, Colossians 214 and Ephesians 14
The Muslim scholars who justify killing of innocent people are not true Muslims because they do not obey the Quran verses like 532, 490, 2190, 861, 1733, 2568 and 6151 which teach ?You shall not kill - God has made life sacred?
The Muslim scholars who teach to kill the unbelievers are mistaken; verse 96 is enough proof for their mistakes, because Muslims are supposed to protect the unbelievers and they cannot protect them after killing them
The Muslims who justify killing of those who leave Islam are mistaken because they do not obey the Islamic teachings like Quran verses 2256, 16125 and 1829 which teach Freedom of Religion
The Muslim scholars who justify the killing of the hostages are mistaken; verse 870 proves that the hostage is not to be killed, because Muslims are supposed to comfort the hostages and they cannot comfort them after killing them
The Muslim scholars who teach that Islam is the only true religion are mistaken; they have been ordered to believe in what has been revealed to Moses, Jesus and other Prophets as taught in Quran verse 384
The Muslim scholars who teach that the fate of people is determined before they are born and before they have any chance to do good or bad are mistaken; they ignore the basic Quran verses like 1715, 4515,4372, 1635, 1963, 1976, 20112, 3450, 3739, 3941, 3970, 4017, 4717, 5560, 5624, 18107 and 4147
The verses teach that God does not predestine people?s fate but gives them the choice either to obey and do good deeds or to rebel and do evil deeds; there is no punishment for those who choose to obey and to thank God.
Moses warned of the expected corruption and turning from the way he has commanded them, in Deuteronomy 3127-29 he used strong words like
For I know how rebellious and stiff-necked you are. If you have been rebellious against the LORD while I am still alive and with you, how much more will you rebel after I die!
And
For I know that after my death you are sure to become utterly corrupt and to turn from the way I have commanded you. In days to come, disaster will fall on you because you will do evil in the sight of the LORD and arouse his anger by what your hands have made
Jesus has warned the priests who spend more time in the houses of widows. In Matthew 2314 he said
Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites, because you devour widows' houses, and for a pretense you make long prayers; therefore you will receive greater condemnation
In Matthew 715-20, Jesus warned of the false teachers who mislead people
Beware of the false prophets, who come to you in sheep?s clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves
The same teaching is also written in Luke 643-44
As Moses and Jesus warned of the false teachers who explain religion to their benefits, the prophet of Islam has also warned of those who ignore the true teachings and teach different teachings
I will say those people are from me. It will be said, 'You do not know what changes and new things they did after you.' Then I will say, 'Far removed (from mercy), far removed (from mercy), those who changed (the religion) after me!
That is recorded in Bukhari 7051 Book 92, Hadith 4 and in Volume 9, Book 88, Hadith 174
The prophet of Islam has warned of the bad Muslim scholars who order others to do good, but they do not do good and who forbid others from evil while they do evil
That hadith is recorded in Sahih al-Bukhari 7098 - Book 92, Hadith 49
The prophet of Islam warned those who abandon the true teachings of Islam and who justify fighting and killings; he warned of that in many Hadiths like Bukhari 7070 - Book 92, Hadith 21 and 7077 - Book 92, Hadith 28 and 121 - Book 3, Hadith 63
In another Hadith, he described the bad Muslim scholars who justify killing as ?worst people under the sky?. That is recorded in Mishkat al-Masabih 1/91 Hadith 276
The best advice is to follow the common ground of the clear teachings as taught by the prophets. The same message revealed to the prophets by the same God must be consistent, clear and easy for all people regardless of their level of education or experience
The common ground of religion teachings includes
In obedience and repentance is your salvation, if you obey and do good deeds, you will be blessed, if you disobey you will be lost; that is the clear message. That message is the most consistent message by Moses, confirmed by Jesus and by Islamic teachings
Instead of the true religion teachings which should unite all people under the same guidelines of obedience, repentance, forgiveness, good deeds and compassion; we find the distorted teachings which agitate hatred and the unnecessary endless wars and sectarian conflicts
We have the choice to be like the son who says that if the word of God includes so much cruelty and so many contradictions, then I do not need the word of such God
We also have the choice to be like the son who says we cannot teach the harsh teachings like ?pluck out your eye? or ?woe to you? or ?freely you have received; freely give?, we should continue to teach attractive teachings because we need an income to survive
We also have choice to be like the son who says maybe the father is testing us; maybe some of my brothers have changed the message of the father to explain it to their benefits
We also have the choice to be like the son who says that he knows the true words of the wise father as he knows his own children, he will continue to identify the truth that hurts and he would happily accept any persecution from the majority which hate the truth; that is what the prophets did and that is what the prophets ordered us to doI greatly admire the man who wrote this, and I can only agree with basically all of that he has written.

Basically good morals and good deeds are the universal message.
Follow the best path instructed by GOD in all the scriptures. A unifying call that says we are all brothers and sisters . One family united by GOD s love. If only we could reciprocate that love!
A change of attitude is required, here are few examplesIf you see someone identifying himself/herself as being in Judaism with all the colourful clothes and behaviour that go with whatever sect they belong to in Judaism. Do not think "A religious ..."or?,Think My brother/sister I hope they are peaceful and good. I pray for them to become so if not. . After all someone you know is just that.
If you see someone identifying themselves as a Christian with all the colourful clothes and behaviour that go with all the different sects of Christianity do nor think "A religious ... with ... and ?" Think my brother and sister. I hope they are peaceful and a good person. I pray for them to become so if not. After all someone you know may be just that.
If you know someone who does namaz( not you brother Imran!), Identifying himself/herself as a "Muslim" with all the colourful clothes and behaviour that goes with all the different sects of Traditional Islam do not think "A religious...or... and... And..." Think my brother/sister. I hope they are peaceful and good. I pray for them to be so if not.
...Similarly if you see an Atheist.... Or a Hindu.. Or any religion.. Or any denomination...Or any human being(you are here brother Imran!)....

I thought it is only right I will identify myself here as well
I am a Jew and a Christian and a Muslim and a Hindu and... I share bits with all the religions out there. I could be an Atheist to some religions since I do not share the same take as them on GOD. However I share some truth with all the religions and with all good and peaceful people.
In short I am a BELIEVER in the one who created us all.

Whatever label that other human put on you, or you put on yourselves;
God is the God of all of you, and you all have direct access to God.
No intermediaries is needed, whatever form it may be..Religion / cult / sect is a tool, made by politician to gain political purposes.
So does other form of ideology.
Such as nationality, ethnicity etc..
It was constructed to form a 'shared identity', thus it will be easier to differentiate between US (Friends) or THEM (Enemy). As the next step it will be used to mobilize and rally the "US" against "THEM".Some (enlightened) people just had enough of this taurus excretus and move themselves out of it.
It makes some other people angry, and gives them another label (such as Atheist).
Thus those people can be easily categorized as among "THEM" (Enemy) and no longer among us (Friends). -

After all I know jafar who writes here by what I read of his writing.
You seem fine to me and I hope you give justice to what you read everywhere by investigating the information properly.Of course I want from me what I want from you and others. I am challenging myself to be good, do good and become peaceful towards all GOD s creations. An ongoing hard task!
Your Lord knows you inside out like my Lord knows me inside out and that is what really matters, being GOD conscious.
