Why did God make most people's destiny Hell

I understand humans have free will but if humans have free will which was already written (destiny) etc. then why did God not choose for most people to use their free will to go to Heaven?
How do you know that there is a destiny written for human beings? If so then accountability and justice has no value and it all becomes a directed play.

A lot of verses in the Qur'an strongly suggest God already knows what will happen...

Mu humble understanding is "no afflication that falls on the earth or ourselves but as per God's Law".

God's knowledge of future events does not mean that they have been decided and written as destiny. It is not a play where a writer writes different roles for actors and then at the end, punishment is awarded to actors for playing those roles.

God knows who's going to Heaven and Hell and it's already recorded in a book according to the Qur'an...but just because it's already recorded (and known to God), doesn't mean that God didn't give humans a choice of how they are going to behave/ which actions and intentions they will take... but the fact remains that whatever a human wills by his/ her own free will is also within God's will as well since He is the ultimate writer of the story.
God makes mention of the fact that He could have guided everyone...I just wonder why the reality is that most are not and will not be guided...
We know we have free will because nobody forces us what to believe in etc. however God remains the ultimate writer of the whole story so if we choose good/ evil...that will always be within His will and His story as well...
If God wrote the story differently, person x might have chosen to be good instead of evil (of his own accord/ will)...if God wrote the story differently perhaps I would have remained a sunni of my own free will until I would be dead...the point is there is free will but nobody is going to will/ have the desire/ want to will to be guided/ misguided unless it is intended by God...

Whatever a human wills by his/her own free will has the outcome as per God's will i.e. HIs Law.
God has made laws for every action. We can choose our path or our action but its result will be as per His Law. We cannot change the results of our chosen action. I have the choice to put my hand in a fire or not. If I choose to put my hand in fire it will burn because I cannot change God's Law. That is the destiny of my action.

Because guidance is given to those who desire it. No compulsion in "Deen" and God is just.

I'm just wondering, God gave us free will, most people choose things like wrong beliefs, following traditions/ ancestors' beliefs, arrogance, ignorance and putting this life before the next life or simply disbelieving etc.
'We have offered the trust to the heavens, the earth and the mountains, but they refused to carry it and were afraid of it while the human being accepted it; he was transgressing, ignorant.' 3372
So we were once alive before we were on earth (from what I understand) and we accepted 'the trust' which I understand to be the chance to be tested on earth (I may be wrong)...
So things happened in the previous life (that we have forgotten about) and maybe that's why God made it most humans' destiny to go to Hell?
And maybe the ones that are going to Heaven have that destiny and God willed for them to use their free will to be righteous because they deserve it because of their previous life?
These are just my thoughts...obviously I know people go to Heaven/ Hell based on their actions in this life but why does God choose for some people to go astray/ to take the wrong actions...there must be a deeper lesson in this maybe?

If God wanted to create an utopic world where people will be laying down eating the best food, drinking the best wine and enjoying the company of their perfect spouse, then God could have done so from the beginning and everyone is going to be happy, for ever.
In fact, most people judge the quality of life by the amount of pleasure/peace/safety/healthiness etc and therefore see all that is opposed to that as misfortune. But is it really ? What if pleasure and pain had the same impact on us ? one simply drive you towards it and the other drives you away from it. Wealthiness and poverty, one entices you and the other grosses you out. Does it mean you should seek it ? or that you should avoid it ? There is a deeper side of us that can grow out of these illusions that come to us through our senses. We must learn to see things with the eye of the eye and hear them with the ear of the ear.
Also, the purpose of life. I believe the purpose of life is like a blacksmith at work, in how he takes raw material, puts it under great heat, hammers it and forges it to become something useful.

giving a picture what we need/required in this life we will get it hereafter. the valueable things of this life is un-valueable in next life as it appears (things are in plantey).
so logically THIS life must give us pain/stress/sad/fear.

our wishes become death notices here.
our efforts will turn in to waste.our food,livestock,empire,family all what we have is on loan and risk.

if i sale it and not tell the fault of mobile its mean i tricked the buyer.( haram earning)author of Quran tell a story in which God tricked human being accepting what is stupidity according to God.
1 God know the fault what he was offering
2 God disnt tell the faults of trust to human
3 God represtent in front of human attractive offer knowing hez stupid and he will accept faulty thing.
4 human being is tricked and our creator is telling we are stupid we accepted it ?
5 if he told us faults did we still accepted it ? yes becoz he already decided to create you dnt forget he is creator and u r creation. on other words he made u select that choice hahaha.is there is anybody who can trial God ?
i wana file a case in universal court against God hahaha
devil will gona fight the case?on the other hand God is risk free no lawyer can prove him wrong hez is supreme lawyer and supreme judge

Logically,if the story is true, you should win your case brother Imran.
And If the devil takes up your case ,then all the lawyers will side with him as well.(Lawyers should end up with the devil in the hereafter they charge too much!) You cannot loose.Unless the devil backs off because-Akhafu Allah Rabba Al Alameen- Frightened of GOD?

Yes God knows the fault, but he also knows how well human, say the vehicle could fare, so rewards after adjusting the faults. God knows best, judge ourselves not others.
we know we are not alone, we come from something and we end up into something, Inbetween we get hold of some resources to perfom and try contribute whatever we have in whatever form to the rest. Our pride our ego and greed will be shattered for sure if we are not thankful enough.
