How many Qur'an alone followers do you estimate/ think there are in the world

Maybe a few thousand judging by online Qur'an alone groups on facebook and on sites. This site has 101245 members. But hardly any of them come online. That makes me wonder if half of them have left the faith...
Obviously not everybody who's a follower is going to be on social media but...I still have a feeling it's in the thousands.
Do you think there could possibly be a million of us?

The root cause on why religionism/sectarianism is a problem it's because of it's US vs THEM attitude. WE are englightened THEY are ignorant, WE are CHOSEN they're UNCHOSEN, WE have the ONLY TRUEST BOOK WRITTEN BY GOD THEY have FALSE BOOK WRITTEN BY HUMAN, WE will earn PARADISE/JANNAH THEY will earn HELL/NAAR.
Out of 7,6 billion of human living today all of them are both suitable and unsuitable in their own way, enlightened and ignorant in their own way. But only those who are humble and wise will realize this.

If you meant those explicitly identifying themselves as "Quran alone" / "Quran-centric" / "hadith rejectors" / "Quran based muslim" / "Quranic muslim" / "Quraniyoon" etc then I think it's easily in the tens of thousands worldwide. Bearing in mind many may not be public about their views etc. Apparently there is a relatively big community in USA, Egypt, Malaysia, Pakistan.
If you meant those Muslims who are not as attached to Traditional Hadith and are willing to reject some (even if "sahih" if it contradicts logic/science/Quran/etc then the number is much more. Most Muslims, from my experience, are ignorant about this issue, e.g. origins of Traditional Hadith, so they just go with what the mainstream do/say.
As a side note, every forum I'm a member of has a much larger number of members compared to those who actually post regularly. Plus a lot of members are likely spam registrations.

Mainly based on what I've read/experienced, in brief, e.g.
USA submitters movement, members from usa on forums / FB groups, various advocates, e.g. aisha musa, edip yuksel, hamza abdul malik etc.
Egypt ahl alquran group, advocates such as Muhammad Abu, Sidqi, Ahmed Subhy Mansour etc. Also bro Ayman's page has proved popular among Egyptians also.
Pakistan tolue-e-islam movement, ourbeacon.com forum, Dr Shabbir Ahmed, the influences of Muhammad Iqbal, Ghulam Ahmed Parwez & Sir Sayed Ahmad Khan still there among groups.
Malaysia Kassim Ahmad was a leading figure for Islamic reform there, Dr. Mahathir (former PM). I've been told there are active groups/forums.

This is very interesting to hear that current PM of Malaysia is Quran believer. I never heard this from any of my Malaysian friends.

Ahh, thanks for the info. Apparently he retired but came back to be PM in 2018. The info I read was a while back.
He probably wouldn't label himself "Quran only" but certainly liberal and open-minded towards it. He was good friends with Kassim Ahmad apparently.
Side note there are many others I neglected to mention in my post above, e.g. see the article authors here. They are unlikely to be "Quran only" but certainly part of the islamic reform movement.
