اقتَرَبَتِ السّاعَةُ وَانشَقَّ القَمَرُ When did/will this happen? What is it? One subject. Then

وَإِن يَرَوا ءايَةً يُعرِضوا وَيَقولوا سِحرٌ مُستَمِرٌّ They will see a sign/miracle after (different subject) and say... They have disbelieved ,followed their opinions and carried on with their old traditions
وَكَذَّبوا وَاتَّبَعوا أَهواءَهُم وَكُلُّ أَمرٍ مُستَقِرٌّ

Or are you saying it is one subject? Then what did they disbelieve in ? The moon landing ?

Yes.. I am,.. it depends on how you figure it out... you may disconnect from first verse to second verse.. but for me it has meaning with continuation... That's my understanding...any issue pls explain with logic?

You know very well with the tone of me, i don't accept moon landing.. i presented moon landing just to explain ... majority even quran only or conventional or even disbelievers in general believe in Moon landing... And Quran only and conventional do take the chapter 54 as support for that... But for me it doesnt support...even what those who claim that they went to moon doesnt give any concrete evidence... they are not transperant...

No need any other source or history or stories... God is best of narrators... He clearly stated without referring to any past community or generation or future.. But simply commenced the chapter 54 ..in my personal comprehensive understanding it was the time of prophet Mohamed or rather time of quran revelation... Once it happened God inserted it as a message and the outcome of it as well.. Sealing prophets and making the Quran as the last of such books itself the Time nearing...only the signs are coming out... People would grasp in various ways but this is my final decision on this verse... If you prefer you may give your understanding..

6158 says... " .... ....... that there come some of the SIGNS of your Lord? The Day that SOME of the SIGNS of your Lord will come NO SOUL WILL BENEFIT from its faith as long as it had not BELIEVED BEFORE or had earned through its faith some good. Say, "Wait. Indeed, we are waiting."

If the end time signs of God disclosed then there is no meaning for those who witness them coz their belief will not be accepted and void.

So deciding what actually the end time signs is crucial ....? I think we shouldn't complicate mere regular Signs of God with end time signs....

For example.... People take moon landing is end time sign... 541-3... (I consider split of moon took place during the life time of messenger of Quran)
If moon landing referred by above verses and if it was END Time Sign, then after moon landing no one will benefit from the sign... No believers will be born as per verse 6158... But Quran's numerical phenomena was exposed after....
If 2782 speaks of Artificial Intelligence -AI then it has a meaning... But, there is no use after the advent of dabba Ard.. Coz verse starts as.. "When the WORD BEFALLS on them..."
SO.. Has the WORD of God already befallen...?

Based on the responces here, I am inclined to believe that the ‘daba’ is even simpler than I had initially thought.

The 2 verses that proceed 2782 as brother Jkhan shared are indeed meaningful to this topic.

Here is a breakdown of some of the key words in this prophecy

Daba = Movement/Moving Creature
Min Alardh = from the ground/earth
Tukalim = Speaks/Speech/Talk

As a sign from God that the retribution is now due, a ‘thing’ that can move is brought out from the earth and it “talks” to people.

The 2 verses that Jkhan pointed to speak twice about “hearing/listening”.

So, what is the item that has been made from earthly material that is both mobile and is related to speaking/listening?

my understanding is that the creature is literally a creature made from earth (humans are made from earth... and other i think the other earthly creatures too, as recall when jesus pbuh shaped a bird from
clay and it came to life by The God’s permission) that will speak to the people and tell them that they were unaware of the signs from The God (my opinion is that it will be an organic creature)

the mobile phone does not speak to people and does not tell them they were unaware of the signs

i believe we should take the Quran literally and not delve into interpretation wildly

that is my opinion - the creature is an organic creature that will literally talk to the people

There is no right or wrong interpretation when it comes to future prophecies - they remain conjecture until the act takes place and is no longer hidden.

It may very well be a creature, or it maybe a man made item, or it maybe neither.

I only gave my views as a) they can be supported by the text, and b) sometimes prophecies end up having the most simple of explanations.

I've got a message stating that this verse 2782 could be refering to TV and there on all latest technology through which people get the communication..

He refers that TV was invented first in 1927 ..

1 + 9 + 2 + 7 = 19
2 + 7 + 8 + 2 = 19

It is not a bad choice either..
Everything speaks to us.. When we watch, we listen and let the TV or computer or mobile do the talking.. We have witnessed enough things through these medias.. If that is the right option, we are living in a period in which word of God is fallen already.. Only waiting for the Hour to occur.. Leta be patient and see what happens..
