    Peace

'And hasten to forgiveness from your Lord and a garden as wide as the heavens and earth, prepared for the righteous'

So does 'heavens' here refer to the universe?

        Peace brother hawk99

        She is referring to 3133

        وَسَارِعُوٓاْ إِلَىٰ مَغۡفِرَةٍ۬ مِّن رَّبِّڪُمۡ وَجَنَّةٍ عَرۡضُهَا ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٲتُ وَٱلۡأَرۡضُ أُعِدَّتۡ لِلۡمُتَّقِينَ

I would say yes, it encompasses the width of our universe.

            sim·i·le
            noun

            noun simile; plural noun similes
a figure of speech involving the comparison of one thing with another thing of a
different kind, used to make a description more emphatic or vivid (e.g., as brave
as a lion, crazy like a fox ).

A simile is a figure of speech that compares two different things in an interesting
way. ... An example of a simile is She is as innocent as an angel. An example
of a metaphor is She is an angel.

simile is a phrase that uses a comparison to describe.
For example, “life” can be described as similar to “a box of chocolates.”
You know you've spotted one when you see the words like or as in a comparison.

And hasten to forgiveness from your Lord and a garden as wide as
the heavens and earth, prepared for the righteous.

Race toward forgiveness from your Lord and a Garden whose width is
like the width of the heavens and earth, prepared for those who believed in
Allah and His messengers. That is the bounty of Allah which He gives to
whom He wills, and Allah is the possessor of great bounty.

            peace
