Will some people get out of Hell?

"To those who reject Our signs and treat them with arrogance, no opening will there be of the gates of heaven, nor will they enter the garden, until the camel can pass through the eye of the needle Such is Our reward for those in sin." (0740)
Does this verse mean that some (for example sinners who believe in God) will be allowed to enter heaven?

The phrase represents an impossible situation. A camel has never, cannot, and will never pass through the eye of a needle.
A creative way to express a worldly impossibility. Interestingly a similar phrase is found in Christian texts and orientalists/missionaries sometimes use it as an allegation for plagiarism.
Mark 1025 It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.
It was obviously a common expression in semitic languages since this is something that Jesus is actually reported to have said.

What does "forever" really mean?
The Arabic word for "forever" that Allah Almighty used in the Noble Quran is "Abada". Abada is derived from "Abad" which means "ever". The addition of the "a" at the end of Abad makes the Arabic word be referring to or connected with something.
So Abada = forever = for-ever.
"ever" is something created by GOD. Almost everything Allah Almighty Created has a limit in time.
Allah Almighty defined "forever" for Paradise as an on going never ending thing, while the "forever" used for Hell had a time limit. Let us look at the following from the Noble Quran
"Those who are wretched shall be in the Fire There will be for them therein (nothing but) the heaving of sighs and sobs They will dwell therein for all the time that the heavens and the earth endure, except as thy Lord willeth for thy Lord is the (sure) accomplisher of what He planneth. And those who are blessed shall be in the Garden They will dwell therein for all the time that the heavens and the earth endure, except as thy Lord willeth a gift without break. (The Noble Quran, 11106-10"
Notice as brother Abdul Haleem emphasized above that the time limit that Allah Almighty had set for Paradise is endless and is a "gift without break", while the time for Hell is limited to "the time that the heavens and the earth endure, except as thy Lord willeth". It is clear that the time in Hell in the Noble Quran is limited and the time in Paradise never ending.
Notice the assurance of Allah Almighty about the time of Paradise being infinite, while He didn't make the same claim about the time of Hell. In fact, He left the time of Hell open and unclear, which clearly proves that Hell will eventually be empty according to Islam, or to say the least, it will not be infinite in time as Paradise.

"Khalidin This is the word which is usually translated "dwell forever" or "dwell for aye". Here it is definitely connected with two conditions, viz (1) as long as the heavens and the earth endure, and (2) except as Allah wills. Some Muslim theologians deduce from this the condition that the penalties referred to are deeds of a life that will end should not be such as will never end."
And quite frankly, I am not here to become popular by gaining people's attention through being too objecting. Some people thrive on doing that and end up making a fool out of themselves. But certainly this is not the case with me here.
Those scholars that disagree with the fact that Hell will be empty don't know what Prophet Jesus peace be upon him said. You see, if you take Noble Verse 740 by itself, then you wouldn't necessarily reach the conclusion that Hell will be empty. And likewise, if you take Jesus' Saying in Matthew 1923-26 by itself, then you also wouldn't necessarily reach the conclusion that Hell will be empty.
The Verses, Noble Verse 740 and Matthew 1923-26, compliment each others. Combined together they prove beyond the shadow of the doubt that Hell will indeed be empty. Frankly, I don't care if no Muslim scholar agrees with this. That's the whole idea of researching and constantly seeking to find the Truth.
If you settle on what some scholar(s) said several hundred years ago with their limited knowledge and resources, and you freeze your abilities of research, then there is no point of you having a brain! You must always verify the truth in what ever you are told.
And as I said above in the introduction, yes I do believe Jesus' Saying in Matthew 1923-26 is Truthful and not corrupted because it is fascinating that Allah Almighty inspired Jesus to talk about the miracle of the camel going through the needle's eye long before Allah Almighty revealed it in the Noble Quran.

Eternal Hell and Merciful God?
The basic argument which Edip demonstrates is - one can be eternally in a hell which is not itself eternal.
So the evil doers are in hell and cannot get out for as long as hell exists; and hell will cease to exist according to the verses.
It's an interesting read.

It is fascinating that Allah Almighty inspired Jesus to talk about the miracle of the camel going through the needle's eye long before Allah Almighty revealed it in the Noble Quran.
The contexts are different, the Koran mentions this parable for rejecters/disbelievers whereas the bible mentions it in relation to persons with wealth.
