An atheist who doesn't believe in God or a satanist who believes in God and is not an atheist yet thinks satan is the true God? Also, what are atheists described as in the Qur'an? They can't be idolators because they don't worship idols. So rejectors of God?

Both because atheists do follow satan since they reject God. They follow their desires and do whatever they want.
