Fornicator

An-Nur 243

ٱلزَّانِى لَا يَنكِحُ إِلَّا زَانِيَةً أَوْ مُشْرِكَةً وَٱلزَّانِيَةُ لَا يَنكِحُهَآ إِلَّا زَانٍ أَوْ مُشْرِكٌۚ وَحُرِّمَ ذَٰلِكَ عَلَى ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ

The fornicator does not marry except a fornicator or polytheist, and none marries her except a fornicator or a polytheist, and that has been made unlawful to the believers.

What does this verse mean? Does it mean fornicator is not allowed to marry a good woman? Or what does it mean

If the person doesn't repent No. That's what I get from 245. Otherwise, the good woman's life will be ruined.

The marriage of adulterers to each other is encouraged - or polytheist.

Think of it this way, if you are married to someone and they commit Zina, then you find out, would you stay with them if they carry on committing zina? Or they with you if you commit it ?

Therefore only if both partners commit zina and agree to carry on being married together and keeping committing zina- like wife/husband swapping...etc.

Which can only mean what the verse is saying to you,agreeing to zina in marriage can only be possible if both partners are committing zina.

Normal marriage of people who are loyal to each other do not commit zina or if they commit zina under some circumstances and are caught they either repent and are reconciled or divorce.
If one is a believer they should try their best to follow GOD s commands especially not repeating sins like zina continuously.

It makes complete sense to me!
