I read in Quran in the quran about sons of adam
Al-Ma'idah 527وَٱتْلُ عَلَيْهِمْ نَبَأَ ٱبْنَىْ ءَادَمَ بِٱلْحَقِّ إِذْ قَرَّبَا قُرْبَانًا فَتُقُبِّلَ مِنْ أَحَدِهِمَا وَلَمْ يُتَقَبَّلْ مِنَ ٱلْءَاخَرِ قَالَ لَأَقْتُلَنَّكَۖ قَالَ إِنَّمَا يَتَقَبَّلُ ٱللَّهُ مِنَ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ
And recite to them the story of Adam's two sons, in truth, when they both offered a sacrifice , and it was accepted from one of them but was not accepted from the other. Said , "I will surely kill you." Said , "Indeed, Allah only accepts from the righteous .
I may be thinking wrongly, that we are a product of incest.
Please can one tell me how we populate this earth.

Peace... I am afraid you are not applying more thoughts.. Brother... God has mentioned Two sons of Adam doesn't mean Adam had only those two kids... Did Allah say so that Adam had ONLY two sons?

For your curiosity and your belief God would make a way to the right path for questions of yours...
In my understanding within Quran I always think that has populated from Adam and his wife only... Later on God set laws of marriage etc... If it is agaisnt that anyone is welcome to present their understanding...
Just keep reading brother.. Don't stress... When guidance comes things look easy..

There are communities (of Adam) in Heaven before everyone is sent down to Earth.... therefore, there is no such thing as incest from the Quran... it is Christian's indoctrination in Islam.
When your Lord took out all their descendants from the loins of the children of Adam and made them testify against themselves ´Am I not your Lord?´ they said, ´We testify that indeed You are!´ Lest you say on the Day of Rising, ´We knew nothing of this.´ (7172)
We offered the Trust to the heavens, the earth and the mountains; but they refused to bear it and feared it, yet the human (NOT ADAM, ie. those from the communities of Adam in Heaven... ie. human shaytan/6112 in Heaven) being took it on. (3372)
Allah chose (ie. not undertook by) Adam and Nuh and the family of Ibrahim and the family of ´Imran over all other beings (333) We had already made a pledge with Adam which he forgot. We found he had no determination. (20115)

So what you telling me not only Adam and his partner were a created. But a community of people? So there exsist a community of human beings in heaven?
So me and you and all did existed before being born into this world

here is information from An-Nisa,41 O people, be aware of your Lord who has created you from one person and He created from it its mate and sent forth from it many men and many women; and be aware of God whom you ask about, and the relatives. God is Watcher over you.
Of course in the early days, inbreeding had to happen. But nothing to worry about,
2134 That is an ummat that has passed away; to them is what they have earned, and to you is what you have earned; and you will not be asked regarding what they did.
Because we could have different rules than them,

But Satan caused them to slip out of it and removed them from that in which they had been. And We said, "Go down, , as enemies to one another, and you will have upon the earth a place of settlement and provision for a time."

Is this verse saying Satan and Adam and his wife are enemies of each other?
Where does quran say that a community is sent down to earth and not only Satan, Adam and his spouse?
How did you reach to that conclusion that a full human being community were sent down
