Your opinion on using pirated games and movies in my situation

Salam,sorry for bad grammar, im not good in english, i know most of u guys are normal people like me who are studying quran , but i want to know you opinion in my situation,
i m a student, and i live in a poor 3rd world country in middle east which us sanctions are heavily over it. In my country the average salary is about 150-200$ at month, and my mother income maximum is about 300-400$ , in your opinion can i use pirated movies and games? The companies dont sell directly their products to us, even our region isnt in regions list of some big companies(apple,sony and etc) it doesnt mean that they dont care about selling products in my country? It doesnt mean that they dont care that i use cracked games? As i said my mother salary( i live with my mother, my parents are divorced) is equal to 300-400$ and a 60$ video game is soooo expensive(if there is a 70-80% sale, and i i can afford, i buy this games through gift cards (which isnt directly sold to us too) , ) . In your opinion , can i use cracked games and pirated movies and later when i can afford, i buy legally? It isnt sin in my situation(i will be medical doctor in about 10-14 years if God wills, and then maybe i can afford , cuz some medical doctors salary is so high in my country, maybe about 5000$ at month) , in my country almost every people use cracked games and apps, but i will not do it if its sin,(also i use the alternatives when its available, for example i use gimp instead of photoshop)

This is something that I thought about a lot in the past, and something that I still think about now. I think it's good that you care about these things.
If you made the game and someone bought a pirated version of the game you made instead of paying for it, would you accept it?
I generally stay away from anything that I haven't paid for. If I listen to a song and I don't pay for it, it's because the song is good, but not that good that I would genuinely be willing to pay for with the limited money I have now. If I was rich, I'd pay for it. However, if the song was really good, I'd definitely pay for it because I know I'd rather pay for the song now than not listen to the song..
But to be honest, now that I think about it more, I think I'll stop doing this too. I'll only listen to a song if I've paid for it, or if it's on some official/legal website for me to listen to.
In your case, you may buy these games in the future when you have the money. Maybe you could make a list of the games that you bought illegally and then make sure to buy them in the future when you can afford it (but then can you be sure that you will do this? Also, the game's value will have gone down in the future. So would you be paying a fair price for it?)
Whatever you decide, make sure it feels like your decision is sincere to God. Make sure it feels pure and innocent and good. Is it more pure and innocent for you to buy the pirated versions, or for you to wait? You decide what's sincere to God and commit to it firmly.

I think there are different motives and intentions that makes us do different thingsGOD looks at our intentions mostly..
This question is the most important that can guide our motives
Is our intention to harm others, take what belong to others, for our own selfish gains?That should be the main issue.
So getting gifts. luck in finding things/treasure// getting things for free /at a reduced price... are becoming the norm in all societies.
The way I look at things now is that GOD provides and restricts according to His knowledge of our inner convictions and intentions..
As long as we keep GOD s commands and do not intentionally steal, harm others. then we should not worry .
If in doubt, leave well alone what your instinct has told you to stay away from and ask GOD for guidance.Enjoy the good things that GOD bestows on you ,thank Him for it and keep your intentions good ones

You are so lucky to have this test at a very young age. I didn't even think about it when I was at the same age as you. Alhamdulillah, you accept the Quran as your guidance for your life. Let me share with you some verses which might inspire you,429 O you who believe, do not consume your money between you unjustly, unless it is through a trade which is mutually agreed by you...
Try to match your situation with this verse.
you can ask yourself, do you get their consent to use their software, games, music, movie or their intellectual property for free? If it's not, then don't do that.
Don't use your situation as an excuse to disobey God's commandments, but instead, you can get higher degree by God when you choose to obey God's commands, when no one else around is doing it.
When you avoid evil, basically you have uphold shalat <aqimusshalata>. This is your shalat, since shalat is the commitment to uphold God's command. I can explain you later how can I come up with such definition. But here is another verse for that,
2945 Recite what is inspired to you of the Book and uphold commitment <aqimusshalata>, for shalat prevents immorality and evil deeds; but certainly the remembrance of God is the greatest. God knows everything you do.
So there are to things you have to do
- Uphold your commitment (in this case, not doing evil)
- Be patience with your situation
245 And seek help through patience and through the shalat <commitment>. It is a difficult thing, but not so for the humble.
Surely God will help you. God will never break his promise.
Furthermore, God had reminded us to always uphold our commitments from the day of gathering (Yaumil Jumuah)
629 O you who believe, when the call is made for Shalat <commitment> from <min> the day of gathering <yaumil jumuah>, then you shall hasten towards the God's reminders <Quran> , and cease all trading. This is better for you, if only you knew.
And then we have to stop for a moment to check our business activities whether they are in accordance with Allah's commands in the reminder that he sent down ( Al Quran), as you can see that we have to cease all the trading for a moment.
Yaumil Jumuah is not the sixth day in a week, but it is an activity to always check whether our business or trading is always in line with Allah's reminder (adzikra) to uphold our commitment from the last day, the day of no buying and selling.
You can check the same terms used in the next two surah, where is yaumil jumuah or yaumil jami related to business matters,
649 The Day when He will gather you; the Day of Gathering <yaumil Jam'i>; that is the Day of mutual loss and gain <yaumul taghbuni>. And whoever believes in God and does good works, He will forgive his sins, and will admit him into estates with rivers flowing beneath them, abiding therein eternally. Such is the great triumph.
Yaumil Jumuah = Yaumil Jam'i = Yaumul Taghbuni = Last Day = Day No Trade (No buying and selling)
And you can check on the dictionary that this taghabuni is the business term (in the negative way)
Gh-Ba-Nun = to deceive, lose and gain mutually, cause loss, neglect a thing, attribute deficiency, cheated, deceived, overreached, defrauded, endamaged, suffer loss or damage or detriment
So you can see God is very serious about this business matter, big or small it doesn't matter.
Back to your situation, there are always generous people on the internet who loves to share their works for free, all you have to do is just looking for the General Public License for the software (like GIMP as you mentioned it), Creative common license for the intellectual properties, and if needed, you can buy used hardware that has an OEM license attach to it to get a legal operating system (that's what I did when I want to buy a PC but cannot afford for the OS license ;D).
Don't forget to read all the EULA carefully, make sure you don't break the agreements. We don't do it for them (maybe they don't even care ), but we do it for Allah.
Lastly, it's all up to your judgement.

Is repentance enough2-what about books, so many books that translated in my country doesnt taked license of translation from original author, and non translated ones doesnt have license of publish too I cannot use books too? As i said im studying medicine(i will study in 1 month, my classes hasnt started yet) if i dont use this books =i will not be able to be a doctor=i havent any other job to do=i will be a useless person=all of my efforts to be able to study in medical university will be lost. What should i do now? These books arent a hobby that i can avoid(like games and .....) but these are nesseciarly things for my future. And future of our society(imagine if me and others dont read this books,there will be no doctor in my country! ) What about books now? What should i do? How severe are the sanctions applied, are the medical books available only from the USA?
Can it be obtained from other countries that are still cooperating with your country?
Is there a possibility that the sanctions will not be applied to digital products? where you can still buy e-books from the e-store or online library?
How long has your country been under sanctions? Did the books available now enter your country before your country was sanctioned or after?
But one thing is for sure, to keep your dream, you must try your best to make it right. You still have time, Try all the possibilities so that you can get the book in the right way, even if you have to contact the author to find a way.
Maybe this is a small thing in the view of most people but I believe the effect is significant in God's view if you are "forced to choose" between God and your future dream (where your dream has not yet happened and is still very dependent on God's kindness)

I want you not only remember 429 but also please remember 245God did not give Prophet Ibrahim many choices, but one thing that made him a friend of God was that he believed in God more than his dream of having the child he had longed for and finally got him in his old age.
I don't know if it's too much for you. But I've been through all of this, a difficult choice that cost me all my money, even my job just to ensure my commitment to the truth.
Last word, I don't want to be a random guy from internet that will ruin your life. Everything I say is just my experience, and what will I do if I am in your position. But the choices is yours.

But as i mentioned earlier , its about country, ok no one buy these books in country. What will happens in 40years ? All of patients will die, because there isnt even 1 doctor(and its not about just doctors, its about all the jobs)(the poor get poorer)
i think my capacity (2362) is to avoid illegall games ,movies and musics(because they are hobby) but about books, i think i must try my best as u said to buy it legally, but if i cant, i should buy the books i mentioned earlier(the books that they say its original buy i think its not) most guys say its their sin if they lie that its original, but i think its my sin too because i must not follow anything blindly(1736)
