I watched a numerous videos and read few article to know the exact meaning of Arabic months connecting with season... Well.. I found this video interesting...
Strangly dulkwada dulhaj muharram and Safar seams in ita meaning kind of restriction..
In some other I found ramadhan to be seventh month... Well.. No one keeps names of months away from nothing.. It should denote something special to those people. Either season or religious or something specific and unique to them.

In accordance, the modern day patten of months falling in every season is ridiculous... For sure.. It is mocking the meaning ...

Well... I have already replied to you regarding four restricted months...
When something is in practice already God doesn't elaborate it again.. That's what I got from Quran.. For example Allah has explained certain things about haj but never explained what the well known months to perform haj... But simply said haj is in well known months.. So that's enough.. Coz people already knew what well months are..
Same.. People already knew what those fourlntha which are restricted... Coz Allah didn't change restricted months in time.. Purpose of haj and purpose of well known months are in my thorough understanding is over..

Do we have anything restricted in four months though we claim as believers.. As a believer one knows he trying his level best to avoid evil and practice what is good while accepting God..
So, what believera of modern day restrict in chosen four months..
Tey to grasp.. Purpose of restriction perhaps coming all the way from Nuh of not from Ibrahim bit with Mohamed and his immediate followers it is over.. Coz mission completed.. God's revelation through bool form is accomplished.. Purpose of haj is mostly to spread the message of God to people whomever it can reach in live manner with debate and discussion..
But message of God is in our finger tips now.. No more prophets.. No more new revelations..

You think the four restricted months were only for discussions with Muhammad? And not for people to come and bring their offer to feed the poor and ponder upon the Quran and God?

no hunting (4) months spring when most animals have babies to end of summer

What do you mean with skip the 13th? Then we will end up with the same "problem" as the lunar calendar?

No hunting during the months where the animals have babies sounds the most logic as well. But are babies not babies anymore after the four months are gone?

Those videos sound very logic. But they dont answer when the restricted months are according to the Quran alone.

What about the last four months being the restricted months of the current Arabic calendar starting with ramadan? And of course we could reconsider that it should be a luni solar calendar but the names could stay the same?

Well assumptions are not truth always... For you ramadhan shawwal dhulqada dulhaj seems four restricted months..
See well known months are assumptions foe you..
Well.. For me I think I can go with Dhulqada / Dulhaj / muharram / Safar... And again assumption... Now who is gonna deny you and me and bring another four months... Is this what WELL KNOWN means?

So dear.. We are left with assumptions.. So don't bother..
After all what you gonna do even if you know that these are four restricted months? Are you gonna go to any place in the world and perform haj? Are you gonna make ceasefire? Are you gonna stop hunting in restricted sanctuary? Or are you gonna attack once the restricted months over? Everything has purpose.. When the matter and purpose over it is nothing.. Okay suppose you gonna do all these in restricted months in case.. But what if you have chosen the wrong four months of restriction... That's a big issue.. So.. Why we go after on something which has no concern for us as we are living in a different era.. It was for them and not for us..

For example... Conventional Muslims do consider what they do in Makka and in surroundings every year in the Arabic month of dulhaj is Haj for them.. So suppose anyone hunted an animal... I don't see any place there to hunt nowadays.. That's a different topic.. But suppose.. So Quran advice to bring it to Kaaba... So.. Is that what is Kaaba in Quran... There is no connection...so just leave them who are in astray.. And also just leave those are not relevant for us.. Yes... In Quran but not everything for us.. Coz QURAN was revealed for immediate people of Mohamed first.. We have the book for our guidance with what is best out of it..
            That's it...

By the way Allah didn't say animals were pregnant so don't hunt.. Allah said dony hunt while you are in restriction... You can only be in restriction while you in restricted sanctuary for the purpose of haj... Allah never said don't hint in restricted four months... I hope that's what I read.. If it is not allowed to hunt throughout four restricted months.. Just show me the verse.. Purpose people flocked is not for hunting.. But for a different purpose.. Why to eradicate all the animals out there just coz haj is taking place.. Nature should be preserved... Isnt it?
I don't think Allah prohibit what is in the bellies oh permitted animals.. Does He?

peace, the only way to easily tell time is place a stick with a circle e.g. via sundial

                  1. spring equinox (equal day/night ~ March 20) sunrise/sunset equal across circle
                  2. wait for full moon start cycle 1 next new moon crescent
                  3. the 4th cycle Ramadan/heat is after full moon after summer solstice (~ June 21)

                  2022 ... Aug 29 ... (end fast and 4 cycle prohibition)

4 cycle prohibition varies yearly start spring to end of July/August (N Hemisphere)

It's opposite for S Hemisphere i.e. their Ramadan is North's winter and vice versa

A translation of the Quran 981 Those who have remained are happy with their position of lagging behind the messenger of God, and they disliked striving with their money and lives in the cause of God; and they say "Do not mobilize in the heat." Say "The fire of Hell is much hotter," if they could only understand.

So the restricted months were in the summer. Now we only have to know if they start in the end of spring or end in fall.
