I know that this topic is discussed many times, but I have a question about 424, about its start, where it was said

    وَالْمُحْصَنَاتُ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ إِلَّا مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ ۖ كِتَابَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ

As you can see in muSHaf (written form of the Qur'an) there's a pause sign before word "kitaabe", which is similar to "a comma" in our languages, or even "period". This indicates that it's a new sentence or that extends previous sentence. I don't see this as a new sentence nor as an extension of a previously said. As matter of fact, "a comma" could be used only if there's another comma before word illaa (except), so the sentence should be like

And el-muHSanaat from the women, except ma meleket eymaanukum, (are) kitaab (of) Allah on you.

Word (of) in translation is due to genitive in "kitaabAllahi" and it's normal. But (are) is what I wanna ask about. Kitaabe is in accusative and since there's no verb nor preposition, I think that kitaabe is a state (haal). It could be only the state of el-muHSanaat الْمُحْصَنَاتُ, meaning that they are prescribed on us (males). This is more evident for me if we include the start of next aayet 425 which talks about those who cannot find el-muHSanaat el-mu'minaat to "marry", which indicates that we (males) should first look for el-muHSanaat and only if we cannot find (or afford) them then we could look for other women.

Without discussing who el-muHSanaat are and what "maa meleket eymaanukum" means, I wanna ask if my view stands as a partial translation I offered and explanation I provided for (are), and if there're some other possibilities for accusative used for kitaabe?

      كِتَـٰبَ ٱللَّهِ Possessive Phrase.

كِتَـٰبَ is accusative because acts as مفعول مطلق

      وَٱلْمُحْصَنَٟتُ مِنَ ٱلنِّسَآءِ إِلَّا مَا مَلَـكَـتْ أَيْمَٟنُكُـمْۖ

Further, all the Protected-Wedded those already in married state in the Womenfolk are forbidden upon you people (the believers). Only those Married believer Women in the wedlock of non-believer are excepted from this prohibition who have been given asylum and are now under the authority/governance and responsibility of you people (Muslim State) for handling and managing their affairs.

This is the Promulgation by Allah the Exalted; mandatory upon you people to follow in letter and spirit.

یہ بیان کردہ تقدیس و تحریم اللہ تعالیٰ کا متعین کردہ آئین معاشرت ہے جو تم پر دائمی نافذ العمل رہے گا۔

      وَأُحِلَّ لَـكُـم مَّا وَرَاءَ ذَٟلـِكُـمْ

Take note All Women (virgin. divorced, widow, irrespective of status) other than the sanctified - prohibited are granted liberty - legal sanction to consent for wedding by you —

ان تقدیس و تحریم کی حامل خواتین کے علاوہ تمام عورتیں(کنواری،بیوہ،مطلقہ)تم مردوں کی زوجیت میں آنےکے لئے مشروط خود مختار مباح قرار دی گئی ہیں

      أَن تَبْتَغُوا۟ بِأَمْوَٟلِـكُـم مُّحْصِنِيـنَ غَيْـرَ مُسَٟفِحِيـنَۚ

They are made permissible solely and exclusively for the purpose that you might sincerely seek them with your wealth in the manner of those who seek women for taking them in protective fold of Matrimonial Bond Nikah rendering them a pearl of household. Their seeking is not allowed with wealth in the manner of debauch men for sexual lust - merely for flowing out the "water momentary intercourse".

اس مقصد سے کہ تم لوگ صاحب اموال ہوتے ہوئے خلوص نیت سے ان(حرمت سے آزاد عورتوں) کی طلب کرو،سیپ کے موتی کی مانند محفوظ حصار نکاح میں لانے والوں کے انداز میں،ان لوگوں کے انداز سے مختلف جو دولت کے بل بوتے پر آزاد شہوت رانی کے لئے عورتوں کی جستجو کرتے ہیں
