Why people who makes usury do not have one more repentance chance?
-
My question is about Surah Al-Baqarah ayah 275.
Those who consume interest will stand ˹on Judgment Day˺ like those driven to madness by Satan’s touch. That is because they say, “Trade is no different than interest.” But Allah has permitted trading and forbidden interest. Whoever refrains—after having received warning from their Lord—may keep their previous gains, and their case is left to Allah. As for those who persist, it is they who will be the residents of the Fire. They will be there forever.
As you can see from the translation they have only one repentance chance. After that if they do it again even for a one time. They will go to hell directly.
And in Quran we have 4137 and 390 say
Surah an-nisa 137Indeed, those who believed then disbelieved, then believed and again disbelieved—˹only˺ increasing in disbelief—Allah will neither forgive them nor guide them to the ˹Right˺ Way.
Surah Ali 'Imran 90 Indeed, those who disbelieve after having believed then increase in disbelief, their repentance will never be accepted. It is they who are astray. So by these verses we understand if somebody dies as a disbeliever they will not be forgiven. But if they repent to God even they disbelieve and believe so many times. They can repent and God will forgive them. But why not for who makes usury?
Are there a meaning in this verse like returning making usury again and staying in that habit like they do it again and dying without repenting.
I'm curious about your understandings and also the meaning of the word عَادَ -
The door of repentance was open to them but they could not take advantage of it.
Secondly, the belief of someone who chooses evil is definitely has shirk to a greater or lesser extent. So their only fault is probably not only eating interest, but as I have explained in this article, evil and shirk go hand in hand

What do you mean they could not take advantage of them? Do you mean they did not repent to God before death?
You said their fault is probably not only eating interest. But in the translations it is always like if they eat interest again they will go to hell. Even if they do not consider this as halal. Therefore, they will not be forgiven in this world while they are alive either. -

You have to read the book in its entirety. If you look at all the verses, those who commit these crimes and continue their evil deeds are, surely committing the evil of shirk too. I gave examples in my article.

They continued to eat interest, they did not repent.
But it says they left eating interest, they regain this same sin again (it basically means, they left doing it 'at this situation it is okay they may be forgiven' but if they redo it after leaving it they will go to hell directly). Then it is not about continuing it is about not staying in their promises(for doing it again). And also it is not about being a mushrik again. Therefore, Where did God's mercy go if they are still alive and wants to repent? Why God will not forgive them? I do not think I'm explaining myself well.

In my opinion, door of repentance is open regardless of no of times of sins except when the person approaches death and at that hour when death is certain he is now trying to repent. As Emre mentioned you will have to take the whole Quran as a whole, when you are talking about in and out or seeking a clear understanding as black and white and cannot just take one verse literally and forget about the narrative of Quran or its context.

The repentance accepted by Allah is only for those who do wrong in ignorance and then repent soon after. It is those to whom Allah will turn in forgiveness, and Allah is ever Knowing and Wise.
However, repentance is not accepted from those who knowingly persist in sin until they start dying, and then cry, “Now I repent!” nor those who die as disbelievers. For them We have prepared a painful punishment. In essence, a true believer curtail their own needs to help other human beings, as opposed to those who exploit the needy e.g. give loans charging Riba. .
As long as you have the consciousness that you feel what you are doing is WRONG (this is from your Lord inside your heart), yet you continue to do it, in my opinion, this is a blessing and sooner or later you Will REVERT to Lord's path, but if you BELIEVE that what you are doing is NOT WRONG (saying RIBA is just another Trade] then God is saying if this was done in the past but now you have read God's decision (the verse) and so what has done in the past is story of past but should not do it again (meaning should not indulge in Riba with the understanding that this is only a Trade), else if you continue then I guess perhaps those people will continue to believe in RIBA being trade and will never be guided.
However if some one has done it few times and now he or she wants to repent, then in my opinion God is most forgiving.668
O you who have believed, repent to Allah with sincere repentance. Perhaps your Lord will remove from you your misdeeds and admit you into gardens beneath which rivers flow the Day when Allah will not disgrace the Prophet and those who believed with him. Their light will proceed before them and on their right; they will say, "Our Lord, perfect for us our light and forgive us. Indeed, You are over all things competent."Please do not limit God's mercy with our mind limitation or our lack of understaning his verses, in the end be hopeful believe just maybe God will fogive no matter if we meet him with our sins equal to whole earth minus Shirk.
- Tell them, (O Prophet) “My servants who have committed excesses against themselves, do not despair of Allah’s Mercy. Surely Allah forgives all sins. He is Most Forgiving, Most Merciful.
