The real meaning of salat has always perplexed me. SO i went around doing some digging.I have found out that The meaning of Salat becomes more clear if we replace the meaning of Salat in every verse with services/duties/responsibilities.
Than it becomes clear to me that salat is a blank term. It refers to the current services that we have to uphold towards Allah. what are they?
Namely Remembrence, contemplating on the quranic verses and of course the glorification of GOD.
SO to pray means to serve God.And what i listed above are the means.when people say how do you pray it
s equivalent of saying how does one serve their country. DO I put my hands up also what should i say whiile serving the country etc.As you can see all of these movement are useless in serving the country your services toward a country is the duties you uphold.And as a creation of Allah it is our duty to remeber him and glorify him thats all there is to itpeace

Me too brother... It always perplexed.. What to do.. Coz we grew up without learning Quran but only learned to read them... And lived in a society which practices already all kind of rituals... So we are trapped and restricted to box.. Whatever.. When God choses to guide nothing of those boundaries can stop from guidance...
But don't replace all Salat verses of Quran for one particular meaning as you have highlighted above.. That won't lead you to light while you are perplexed...
My understanding I feel though I used to pray in various ways in the past.. But there is a truth but somehow it is hidden.. The best ever meaning I get for Salat is INTEGRITY when it comes with ZAKAT and some other occasions..
But the verses taken as Ritual prayer like 4103 or 11114 1778 it could possibly mean... The SESSIONS for REVELATION.. Coz Quran verses are meant to be revealed cannot be kept Mohamed.. And for that there should a mechanism by calling people to certain place.. Even the verses already revealed can be repeated to people.. So two ends of Nahar seems perfect since people can converge and focus what they have been placed with message of God.. So Prophet to keep a low moderate tone and reveal to people.. Salat is not a session for question and answer or debate or dispute but just to reveal what is revealed to the Messenger.. So let people whoever attend should be clean. Basically.. And should be in concious state that is to say let them first know what they themselves say before listening to what Messenger reveal. In case you are kind of travelling you can shorten the Salat session.. No need to wait to listen all what is revealed.. You can always hear later.. Coz Prophet would either repeat teo end of nahar or reveal new messages.. Munafiq just stand there just to show that they listen to the Salat session.. But they show.. Yes you have to guard Salat Session coz God's messages are revealed so you won't miss all what is revealed.. Coz it won't become in written form all of a sudden.. Impossible.. Out of these two times Fajr times seems more conducive.. Even on days of congregation when people gathered for any reason, let Messenger reveal what is placed on people by Allah.. So when revelation is ended they can proceed to their business..
So this is what I feel now... So what we have to do when it comes to Salat. .. Either We remind with verses of God from first Surah to last Chapter daily in two ends of Nahar eith out family.. Anyone can lead and recite the verses in a language we understand and let them contemplate.. But in a nutshell not necessary but nor harm either.. Salat doesnt seems anymore in my understanding a ritual prayer...Look brothers and sisters Allah guides. Don't take my sayings as actual facts. But reflect... Perhaps with your logic I might have got it wrong perhaps I may be right..
When I read verse 6151 .. I felt the Salat.. Say.. Thaal.. Come come.. Let me recite to you all what your Lord has sanctioned.. So... I felt the relation should be publicly revealed in an organised manner in a specific time do everyone of that community at least men gather and Liaten so men can go home and inform at least the essence of the mesaage..
This is my understanding.. Since we always learn God keeps guiding... Yes brother as you I always perplexed What this two end of nahar Salat were. If perplexed then it means there is always space for improvement and for truth.. But when certain and convinced there is no need for any changes..
So my lovely brothers reflect. Never ever take my word.. But reflect. You have knowledge... Ibknk it will be very difficult for you to grasp what I am saying.. No issues. But leave it to God to guide you ..Note... If anyone totally against what I have written fine.. No issues.. Coz I know God will guide in sha Allah.. I think non of you paid attention to what I wrote... Just I remind you again.. SALAT = QURAN REVEALING SESSION... SALAT = INTEGRITY (moral /ethic) ... SALAT = CONNECTION kind of... Have you noticed sala spelled in two different style in Quran... Just clarify that in chapter 23... And one sala is Ala Salat the other Fee Salat... There is no ritual salat... Replace it with QURAN REVEALING SESSION .. so you don't have to go anything about that salah now. It is done and you have Quran... But all other Salat are our your actions... Have you ever heard anyone saying salat is Quran revealing session... Just go back in time to prophets era and replace that with Quran revealing session you will get what it was..

We don't need to do anything at now regarding Quran revealing session ... It's done by prophet .we have Quran.. Two ends of Nahar abd Salat were done and completed.. Chapter 62 Salat completed... Chapter 4102-103 done shorted abd done... We don't have anything to with fajr Salat and isha and other congregation salat...But other type of sala is life time... No way one reform if not establish sala and zaka... Establish integrity and purify...
God will we all understand .. If you are one of those living with prophet and a believer.. You need to get up and approach Salat = Quran revealing session (new messages plus repetion) prophet reading Quran and believers silently Stabding and listening so they get the revelation of God thus they remember God...
Do you notice why Salat is shortened in 4102-103.. Yes.. Journey plus fear. .but cannot stop revealing Quran by prophet (new message plus repetion) but can shorten since situational crisis... But on other times Salat keeo it as usual...
How can people neglect a ritual salar and run towards any amusement or trade while leaving Messenger STANDING chapter 62... YES... coz it was not ritual but Quran revealing Session .. This has become a ritual prayer with time... Replace all ritual prayer verses with Quran Revealing session then you will never have any confusion... Sure...
When jinn came they were listening to the Quran Revealing session (salat) once completed left... Simply Mohamed Reading Quran whatever he reveals.. People have nothing to do with it... Solely Messenger's duty... That's salat abd that was taken as ritual ... This us a glaring evidence.. Just reflect. . -

However, it is also important to recognize that prophets played a pivotal role in elucidating and demonstrating the practical application of God's teachings.
While we may not have video recordings or direct explanations from the last prophet, we have the preserved accounts of his life, teachings, and actions in authentic historical sources. These sources, when studied with an open and sincere heart, can provide valuable insights into the implementation of God's religion.
I respect your perspective and the emphasis you place on seeking God directly. It is indeed crucial to maintain a sincere connection with Him. Yes.. I know Ritual salat even for Quran alone believers is one of the hardest part to keep away.. But unfortunately there is no Ritual salat.. Alhamdullah I realized it though late in life but it is better than never realized it...
My fellow believers... Try understand what Ibadat is within Quran so you will realize that there is no ritual worshipping in God's monothesistic system.. Problem is most of us comprehended what Ibadat / Abd is.. We are not created to WORSHIP god in a literal sense but to take the lath of God and obey and follow them.. We can be Ibadi or Allah or we can be Ibadi of Satan.. In both cases some actions are involved .. That is to say path of Allah and oath of Satan.. So those who follow path of God is AbdAllah and those who take path of Satan is AbdSatan... Worship is a myth.. Nothing to do in the lath of Satan or even path of God..
We say Iyyaka Nabudu Waiyyaka nasthaeen.. It never means worship God and seek help from God.. We take path of God and Seek help from God.. So this is life. Our complete purpose of life with path of God.. Failing to comprehend lead /led us to institute worship God.. Rituals are path of Satan . Reality is path of God...
Pls read all ABD verses in Quran get clarification so you will realize Salat ritual has nothing to do in God's mknktheism..
For example Sura Kafirun.. You are all aware.. In which messenger having a conversation literally with those who denied.. Here And is not worship... But messenger in fact says I will never follow path of yours cl their path is Satans path.. Not literally he said I don't worship.. Even for those who Ibadat Satan they have many a thing to practice.. Yes they have visible association of taking idols but their life is not merely taking an idol for Ibadat. Their Ibadat is comprehensive instituted by Satans path..
All I have to say get clarified what Ibadat in positive and negative aspects .all are Ibadi but For and Agaisnt God..
